I thought I was ordering from ticket master. Not realizing this was a different company. It is the night before the event and I don't have my tickets.
If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I bought Jazz game tickets on 9/29/17 for the following week. When I received my confirmation the email said I would not receive my tickets until on or before October 3, to me that was already pushing it. On October 3 I still hadn't received my tickets, I sent an email to support and the support person told me I would have them by midnight. The next day I still did not have them, I called and reached a support person who said there is nothing they can do and it will probably come through to my email soon. By the evening I emailed someone again and they said I had already received my jazz game tickets on 8/10/17... a month before I even ordered the tickets? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased tickets for an event and when I arrived to the event I was told my tickets were invalid! I was told my tickets were re-sold! Now I have asked for a refund and I am told they have to "investigate" and they will make a decision after if I will be refunded or not. This is absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This is a scam. The ticket prices are double the face value and they will not do any refunds after you have been scammed. Highly advise that you do not use.
This is a very expensive and deceptive ticket sales site.
Expense: Ticketmaster, which is known for its high service fees, generally charges 11-12% total as service charges.
I purchased a $254 item for a performance at the Majestic Theater on TicketsOffices.com and was charged $75 in service fees and charges 30% of the total order.
Deceptive: In the center of the screen is a large window asking a customer for identifying information, a delivery method (such as email), and the item charge (in this case $254).
Underneath that is a large button asking for credit card or PayPal information, followed by a button to complete the sale.
Throughout the process, the charge shown in that window does not change.
However, the company adds the large (30%) service fees in a smaller window on the right-hand side of the screen.
So when looking at the summary of charges in the center of the screen, there is no indication of a service charge. One has to use his/her peripheral vision to find the additional charges.
I knew such sites add service fees, but since the price in the main window never changes, I assumed the service fees were folded into the price or else would show up in PayPal before I submitted the order.
Once you hit the button to complete the sale the sale is final. I tried to cancel through the company's chat function immediately but no.
Legitimate online sites give people 20-30 minutes to cancel the charges.
TODAY WE RECEIVED OUR 3RD RESCHEDULING OF THE KATHLEEN MADIGAN SHOW. IT IS INTO NEXT YEAR NOW AND THIS TIME IS JUST NOT CONVENIENT FOR US. I UNDERSTAND THE RESCHEDULING BUT THEY ARE USING COVID TO RESCHEDULE. THIS NEW TIME IS NOT CONVENIENT FOR US BUT THEY LEAVE US WITH NO ALTERNATIVE AND THEY KEEP OUR MONEY. NO INTEREST ON THE HELD MONEY ETC. THEY ARE PROVIDING A DATE BUT 3RD TIME AND INTO MIDDLE OF NEXT YEAR WHEN WE ARE USUALLY AWAY. IT DOESN'T MATTER TO THEM AND WILL NEVER BE USING THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO BE VERY AWARE... I WILL GO ON FACEBOOK AND ASK TO SPREAD THE WORD. THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR... THEY SHOULD START FROM SCRATCH AND AM SURE THEY CAN SELL TO CAPACITY FOR THEN BUT THIS IS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR...
**BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!** I bought tickets to see Jim Gaffigan for $262, when I received the tickets it said the total for each was $45, I was confused and called the center for the show where I found out that this company sells buys the ticket and the resells for double, triple, even quadruples the price. I called to get a refund and they told me they don/t offer one. This company will rip you off, I am paying triple what I could have paid for these tickets. Horrible business.
Got the exact tickets I ordered - price was great - everything worked out perfect- found it was very easy to submit my order and I received the seats which I anticipated receiving.
Very easy to use. Seats were great! I would order and use in future. It was a treat for my brother and he was happy also. This was my very first live baseball game and it turned out to be purfect.
This ticket was a nightmare. I had bought another ticket through StubHub - delivered right away, months in advance, for the sold-out show - last ticket. I also bought the last one through TicketOffices. But they didn't deliver by Fedex as promised, EVER. When I called to check with 4 days left, they had no idea why I hadn't received the ticket. Their phone system for customer service is convoluted and takes forever pressing number after number, or worse, the dreaded "Live Chat". I made over 20 of these painful calls and online chats to 20 different people to try to sort it out. They said "will call" will have them and blew me off. Said they'd send emails. Didn't. When I called BACK (repeatedly) and demanded the instructions, their email instructions about how to access 'will call' were all different and all wrong. I again called "will call" at the venue and they said I absolutely needed the picture ID of the buyer. Nothing less. Eventually, while driving the 3 hours to the venue, and a dangerous 45 min phone call to TicketOffices on the way, I told them to send me the buyer's photo ID immediately. They finally did - with literally 20 minutes to spare. It was terrifying. And my daughter's 16th birthday present. I will NEVER EVER USE TICKETOFFICES AGAIN. Pretty sure I'll never see the refund for the FedEx charge either.
DANGER! DANGER! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They have all kinds of hidden fees and you'll wind up paying $100 per seat in EXTRA FEES for your tickets. No that was not a typo... ONE HUNDER DOLLARS PER SEAT. I didn't realize I had paid that much until after I confirmed -- coincidentally, they have a "no refund" policy (suprise, surprise) unless the event is canceled. Guess what, COVID19 took care of that for us, yet they STILL refuse to give a full refund as originally promised, and are trying to pawn of "store credit" on us. THIS IS THE SHADIEST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.
I was directed to TicketOffices.com inadvertantly upon purchasing tickets for a holiday show at a local theatre. It wasn't until I purchased the tickets, did I realize the transaction wasn't through the venue itself. The TicketOffices.com screen used the venue's logo and seating map, etc. I purchased 6 tickets for $56 each and agreed to a $16.92 per ticket processing fee. It wasn't until I received my order confirmation via email that it was explained: "Orders exceeding four tickets may be split up into different rows within the requested zone or section." I attempted to contact TicketOffices.com via telephone to cancel this order due to this "note" however could not reach a representative so I sent a message through their website which was unanswered. I then decided to hope for the best. I received the tickets via email and the price per seat noted is $25. I again attempted to reach out to TicketOffices.com to question this and request a refund and again I could not speak with a representative.
I was looking for tickets to the 2018 charity event "Guns vs Hoses" at Baxter Arena in Omaha. The top link via Bing included the words Baxter Arena followed by "ticketoffices".
Here is the actual link: "baxterarena.ticketoffices.com/Guns+and+Hoses"
I selected that link, and purchased the tickets.
I soon realized that the ticketoffices.com link and website was not connected to the arena.
I called the ticketoffices CS line and informed the CS rep of the issue, that this was a charity event for local police and firefighters and that i would like a refund. Since the tickets they sold me were over twice the face value of the event. (when you include the $11 per ticket service fee)
They refused a refund, and pointed to a disclaimer beside the green button i had clicked to purchase the tickets. I had to return to the original link to see the disclaimer which states that they are not associated with the arena which is embedded in the link.
I buy tickets online all of the time. Never before have i been charged. An $11 service fee per ticket for a ticket that is TWICE the face value FOR A CHARITY EVENT.
I refused to use the tickets, we later purchased tickets through the Baxter box office so that a majority of the money goes to the event and not a third party ticket scammer.
I call this a scam because this third-party ticket retailer is in the business of making their site and links include key words and look as close to a real business as possible, then refusing a refund once tickets are purchased (which is automatic via paypal.)
I ordered tix online and it said I would get an instant download of the tix, well that didn't happen. It took several minutes just to get a order confirmation. Since the show was starting in about an hour and since we didn't get our tix instantly I called back to your company and asked the rep what section, row, and seat numbers we had so I could give that info to the Grand Ol Opry ticket people. We were seated and a few min later a couple showed up with tix for 2 of the 3 seats we had... And we STILL DIDNT HAVE OUR TIX THRU EMAIL... so the venue worked with us on other seats and while they were doing so, our tix FINALLY downloaded and the tix that were emailed to us were different than what the rep told me over the phone... Needless to say it was very embarrassing and we will NEVER USE YOU AGAIN!
I was very happy being the first time buying Tickits on line. I would be sure to use Tickits office again in the futcher and recamind it to friends and family.
This Business is Criminal!
DO NOT USE TICKETOFFICES. COM
I called on 5/29 to request a refund for a cancelled show, and was told my refund would be processed. After no refund was given, I called back several times(extremely hard to get through to a customer service rep). Both Janice(July 8th) and Carolyn(August 3rd) read me a script that an email was sent out on June 1st(after my May 29th call) and that I was supposed to reply within seven days to get my refund. I never saw an email regarding this, and my initial call for a refund predated their June 1st email. This business is a total scam! I will be taking legal action against them - not for the money, but on principal. Read these hundreds of unhappy customers at the Better Business Bureau Reviews...
Search TicketOffices.com of the Better Business Bureau of Delaware... their address is ******* Coastal Hwy, Unit *******, Rehoboth Beach, DE *******
Don't get cheated like so many others have...
You will never see your money again! 100% guaranteed! Postponed for eternity! Then you get their schedule or nothing.
Good luck!
Got great tickets day of the show. Fast checkout on mobile phone. I liked the easy review page. Thanks!
We purchased tickets on 2/28/20 for Nick Jr Live (on Sat March 14th) at ***** Theatre in Boston. Due to Covid-19 the show was cancelled. On 3/13 the show was canceled and we received email that stated in 2-4 weeks a refund would appear on our credit card. After hearing nothing for over a month I reached out to someone on their message center and they said a refund would be proceed shortly and they were backed up due to COVID-19. After another month and no refund I reached out on 5/27 saying we have not received a refund. The sent an email saying at this point we would received a "credit" for 120% credit to their site on 5/27. After trying to contact them about this alleged credit to me over the next two weeks I was finally able to speak to a person on the phone on 6/18. She said they sent email on 5/5 (which we did not receive) which outlined a full refund only if we responded within 7 days of this alleged email. After searching for email and asking for them to resend the email it still never showed up. I have all correspondence saved from date of purchase other than the 2 emails they say they sent about a refund. All the person on the phone (named Anna) could say was that according to their records this was sent. After searching online about this company I see many complaints about similar refund issues by this company to their customers. I spent $328.16 on the tickets and we want our money back. This company just doesn't care about their customers.
Answer: They charged me 76 dollars more than what my tickets cost. When I called to ask why I spoke to two people, and each person gave me a different explanation, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund. I'm so sorry this happened to you.
Answer: Not to my knowledge. I Have yet to receive tickets or any notification about the tickets 8 months after original purchase date.
Answer: Can you give me a answer are my ticket valid. Will they be excepted
