THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDICATELY!
I paid $713 for two tickets ($99 for each) with a hidden blow-my-mind service charge fee. I'd never heard a $6.95 ticket email delivery fee. I called for cancellation but result is a 45 mins waiting on the phone and talking to 5 people still trying to convince me to keep the tickets.
IT IS A SCAM.
Im happy i got my tickets for Miranda Lambert first. Now all of my friends and I will be able to sit together. We have great seats. Sooo excited for this concert.
I want to caution people about using these people. They are not to be trusted. I purchased tickets & the tickets were not there the day before or on the time before the concert. I tried to call but went round & round with their IVR. It said, enter order number. I entered the order number. The IVR said enter the order number. Same thing. I went throught this a few times. I could not get through to a person. I had to re-pay to enter the venue. At that time I discovered they charged 4.5x the value of the ticket. I tried to resolve with the BBBbut the hucksters hide behind a statement of "blah... blah... the customer did not try to contact us." That is an out & out lies. These guys are shady.
I went to another cite to buy tickets and thought I should check one other place. So I went onto ticket offices.com and they were the only cite I saw that purposely hid their fees. Then I called because their price seemed lower and asked what the fees were and gave the lady with a direct I could barley understand all the Info. She told me "yes be careful of other places they hide their fees until you put in your credit card info". I laughed because that's exactly what they do! So I had her walk me through their website which I already knew how to do so she can show me where exactly it shows their fees... of course we get to the end where I put in my card info and no fees to be found. I asked her and she said "I can go over those with you on the phone". So the exact thing she want we me about other places they do! Huge red flag. She tried to sel me the tickets for over online price then when I got on their website she quickly offered $25 off to make it same as their website price haha. This place is a scam and I would highly suggest never buying from here even if you do find it cheaper for any reason. Bad business ethics and morally bad people there, not only talking bad about their competition but then doing the exact thing they said their competition does. I won't name better places to go to so everyone knows this is a legit review but just anywhere but here, don't give these scam artist your money.
Classis bait and switch, I ordered tickets from a "zone" tickets arrived outside of the "zone" customer service told me they were the correct tickets. Even when I told them to look at their website and see that the sections are clearly listed in different colors to distinguish the zone parameters, they refused to return my money ($700) each ticket had a service fee of $184.00! Oh, they did say I could return the tickets for a $50.00 credit! CRIMINALS AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
This company does not deserve to be in business! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (ticketoffices.com) EVER... ESPECIALLY IN CANADA.
I saw the tickets I was looking for online and went through filling out all of the information. After filling out the information, I noticed that there was a $25 service fee on each ticket as well as that the charges would be in US Funds. At that point, I tried hitting the back button, but it was too late, the order was processed. Since then I have tried over and over to call and email, seriously, have tried every day for the past 8 days and no one will get back to me. I plan on taking clients to this event and now after all that I have read, I had to purchase other tickets. I purchased better tickets from ticketmaster.com for $210 less. This is absolutely unreasonable. All I want is my money back and this whole mess to be behind me. I will continue to try to get this resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I paid $89.55 dollars more for two tickets. Never again will I ever use this company. No do not use this company and they will not refund you your money.
Ordered certain seats and got different ones. Had a no return policy which worried me. Had to contact to find out why receipt said one thing and ticket said something else.
This is a terrible company. I purchased tickets for an event. It was cancelled. They sent me some store credit, and despite having bought the ticket protection refused a refund, stating they would only give it within 7 days of receiving the credit and by calling. I received no information from them explaining this. I chalked my loses up and said fine. I purchased tickets for a new event and applied their credit code they sent me. It said the discount was applied and showed a total of the remaining balance. When I paid for the tickets with what should have only been about 20 dollars, they took the entire 370 dollars for the tickets from my account. Their system made an error and didn't take the credit off. I attempted multiple times to call and could not get a human representative. I emailed and finally went to live chat. When they representative on the live chat said she saw that it was not applied as it should have been then said she could not apply it. I am beyond irritated as I wouldn't have bought tickets from them at all other than to use the credit up. The customer service is terrible and they are extremely unhelpful. Absolutely will never use them again.
The worst site I have ever used, they don't tell you the service fees until the end and they HIDE THE SERVICE FEES, be prepared to do math at the end to figure out how outrageous their service fees are. Customer service is brutal.
My ticket purchase was for Lake Street Dive, I purchased the tickets 4/8/18 online for the July 7th show in Portland Maine.
The fees are ridiculously high, in particular as a percentage of the ticket cost. $21 fee for a $73 ticket, ($21/73 X 100=29% fee) as a ticket re-seller.
In addition, they cancelled my tickets with a reason given that "they cannot accept orders from individuals who have withheld payment for past ticket orders from us or from another company in our industry."
To the best of my knowledge, I have NEVER withheld payment for a ticket purchase in my life. I even mistakenly purchased $2000 worth of tickets from different re-seller (I will never purchase tickets from that organization again either!) and STILL paid for them. I subsequently sold them and recouped most of my money... but I believe that demonstrates my willingness to pay!
Their customer service systems are pretty miserable too, the customer service manager with whom I spoke did not have any details as to why the tickets were cancelled and basically parroted the email that was sent with the cancellation.
Purchased two $77 tickets online to discover that after I placed the order, was charged $200! I had to contacted customer service via chat (because no human being answered the #844 number) to discover the ridiculous processing fee. I then tried to cancel via chat and was told that because I had checked the box, Terms and Conditions (in faint font) I therefore had agreed to their no refund / final sale policy. There is NO-transparency and NO customer service. DO NOT USE TICKETOFFICES.COM, you will regret it.
Accidentally ended up on this site and purchased tickets for an event in which I ended up paying DOUBLE for my tickets. Tried to cancel as soon as I realized I was on the wrong site and they REFUSED to refund me for my tickets. The tickets were for an event that was not even sold out and 3 months away. Absolutely awful. DON NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
This was my first time using ticketoffices.com and I by accidentally confirmed my purchase about 3 minutes before I was able to LIve Chat with a customer service rep. To explain that I did not mean to purchase the tickets. They would not refund me or allow me to exchange my tickets for the actual date I needed the tickets for. Additionally the prices were MUCH higher than any other site I looked on. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought 2 tickets for fckn $400! Thinking that's what their worth, NOPE they are worth $50 each. They charged $150 more than what the ticket is worth! Their reason? "Livemarket" bs. I am fully capable to understand you gotta make a fckn profit, but where is the line between making money and ripping people off? They wont do nothing. I'm fckd and screwed. Oh and fyi the VIP tickets are $150 each, so I paid $50 more than a VIP ticket for basic seats? Lol unreal. I emailed & live chatted and they wont do $#*!. Other sites put limits to how much someone can charge over the value of an actual ticket. I'm the dumbass to think they weren't a scam. And now I'm broke. Fml.
"The online entry for TicketOffice.com was located directly above that of the NAC Ottawa, the venue from which I wanted to buy tickets to a performance of Les Mis in Feb. 2018. I thought I was dealing with the actual box office, and that moment of inattention cost me 2.5 times the legitimate ticket price. I also "scored" tickets near the back of the balcony (the company stated they would access the 'best available seats') for the price of front orchestra seats.
I later learned that TicketOffice is a ticket resale company. They state their prices in American funds, though that isn't declared openly until the credit card number is entered. That is also when I was told that the tickets would arrive by email a week before the event.
It is not possible to get help from their (laughably titled) customer service department, nor do they offer refunds or rebates for their gross misrepresentations.
I owe them thanks, however, for making me newly aware of this practice of ticket scamming by means of creating a legitimate-looking site that is seemingly part of the real venue. I will now be purchasing all my tickets directly from the box office.
This place is ridiculous! They don't have to give you 24 hours notice of the concert cancelled, and since it's been "postponed" instead of "cancelled" there's NO refund of the tickets. We live 3 hours away from where said concert was supposed to be, non refundable hotel rooms as it wasn't 24 hours notice, all the days off work we took to make it to the concert, that we are out of vacation time now, and of course couldn't give back our vacation days, "until further notice" so now 200.00 in non refundable hotel rooms, 400.00 in concert tickets I can't get back, and all "customer service" (who by the way you can't get on the phone, only through some chat thing) could say was "sorry" "I'll give you a link you can go to, to try and sell your tickets, so they get more money obviously!
While I do understand it's not up to this company if the concert happens or not, however their customer service could be much better, and should take each customer on a one on one level! I will NEVER use this company AGAIN!
5 star performance. I will continue using your service in the future. I will pass this on to others who are in need of tickets to events in vegas and other areas
They are a scam more than double the price of the original seller. I paid $306 for two tickets that were being sold for $146 on a different for site. Stay away from the site.
Answer: They charged me 76 dollars more than what my tickets cost. When I called to ask why I spoke to two people, and each person gave me a different explanation, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund. I'm so sorry this happened to you.
Answer: Not to my knowledge. I Have yet to receive tickets or any notification about the tickets 8 months after original purchase date.
Answer: Can you give me a answer are my ticket valid. Will they be excepted
