We live in Peru and we love tennis so we decided to go New York to see the finals of us open! When we wanted to buy the tickets there were only sold by resellers so trusting on the reviews we bought in ticketnetwork. The tickets were e tickets that had to be download on 9th September so I did it, but on that day the tickets dos not download so I contact costumer service of ticketnetwork and they say it was a technical failure that was going to be fix. The next day the same and so on. We contact the costumer services almost every day to get the tickets and the lady that answer to us say do not worry when you get to New York you will have the tickets. We arrive in New York one day before the final on the 12 th September and the tickets could not be download. The concierge of the hotel were desperatly helping us! We had to be on the phone almost all the day because the had technical problems! On the day of the final on the 13 th of September Nadine told us that sorry but they had this problem so they could not give us the tickets so they will make a refund! Could you imagine that we only went to New York for this and on the same day they told us sorry! And we had pay the tickets three month in advance! The worst of all is that it has been more that none week since then and we have not had any refund nor any respond! This is the worst web and business that I have ever deal with! Do not buy anything it doesn't worth the risk!

So I had procrastinated buying tickets to the Lady Gaga & Tony Bennet Concert for a while so the only place that had tickets was this website. Me being desperate, I bought tickets. The were $130 total for a seat. I thought this was okay because that was the regular price for where I was supposed to be sitting. I bought tickets on saturday and the concert was on tuesday. I was concerned about not getting the tickets soon enough so I sent them a few emails. They never really gave me a full answer until monday. They told me my tickets would be at my house at 12 the day of the show. 12 hits and they aren't there. 12:30 hits and they aren't there. An hour later (when I had to leave) They weren't there. I panicked and I just printed out my receipt. When I got to the venue I went straight to the box office. I told them what happened and asked if I could still get in. They looked at the receipt, laughed, and told me that they were not even real seats and that I was sold fake tickets. The told me to call the guy that I bought tickets from and ask him where the tickets are. I did. The guy said a few words and told me he call me back and then never called me back. Luckily the venue had an extra lawn ticket for $30. I now am trying to have my debit card company cancel the charges. But I don't if that will happen. I also canceled my card because I don't trust him with my card info. The whole experience sucked. Never using it again.
Hello Dylan! We're very sorry for the trouble! It seems that the issue in your case had to do with FedEx rather than with the seller of your ticket order. The seller shipped the tickets to you overnight and they were scheduled to arrive in time for the event. It appears, though, that FedEx misdirected the package and it ended up in Connecticut. We tried to work with FedEx, but they had limited options available to them. I'm afraid, too, that printing out one of our order receipts would not get you access to the venue. The venue would have required actual tickets with bar codes, especially because you purchased through a third-party seller. The tickets you ordered were completely valid; it's just that the venue couldn't accept your receipt. Any information to the contrary from the venue must have been a misunderstanding. (Venues have contracts with other ticket providers and are contractually obliged to steer you away from any site other than those of their partner/s. This, however, does not mean that tickets from other sites are invalid, since your tickets would have been initially accessed from the venue to begin with.) The last we left it with you, we would investigate further on our end - and, in fact, we recently reached back out to you. Please respond to that email and we will continue to work with you in this situation.

The concert was amazing, however, I was not sent the tickets until the morning of the concert and, despite, calling the support staff numerous times, I was certain that it was a scam and that I would have to buy other tickets from another source. You can't believe the angst and worry that I underwent with a friend--we traveled 2 1/2 hours away from our home never knowing if we were going to get the tickets. Then we had no where to print them--the Pinnacle Arena staff told me that they could have scanned them on our phone, however, your staff told me that they would have to be printed. Each staff that I talked to was polite and helpful, however, when we traveled 21/2 hours and had hotel reservations and didn't know if we would get the tickets, it's not a lot of fun! I ordered these tickets in December of 2016, and didn't get them until May 12th--something is wrong with that, especially since I just ordered Paul McCartney tickets for July from Ticketmaster and I had them in my hands within 10 seconds after I submitted the order. Not only will I never order from Ticket Network every again, I will tell all of my friends to never order from Ticket Network!
I went to see Rihanna and Travis Scott at TD Garden in Boston and contemplated printing the tickets (which I spent $320 on) before the event. However I have gone to concerts and events before (including events at the Garden) and have never been denied entry or told that I need to have a physical printed ticket instead of the PDF on my phone. I also checked all of the information on the ticket and it does not indicate that the ticket needs to be printed to gain entry. The staff at TD Garden refused to admit me to the event without a print out of my ticket, they refused to print the ticket and they told me that the issue was with myself and the vendor (TicketNetwork). I had to scramble to find a good Samaritan in the street who let us use his printer, and was able to get to my seat with about 20 minutes left of the opening act. I was disappointed that I had to miss part of a show that I paid so much money for (and TicketNetwork made a profit off of). Some might say the arena was being ridiculous, but if they have a policy to not allow re-sold tickets to be scanned on the phone, then I believe the it is the reseller's responsibility (TicketNetwork) to inform the customer that the tickets must be printed. I had no way of knowing that this would be an issue and assumed that since it is 2016 and not 1975 using my phone instead of printing would be acceptable. This is the only time I have used TicketNetwork and the only time I have had an issue gaining entry to an event, so I will likely not use TicketNetwork in the future. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.
