Ticketmaster updated their TOS to give themselves "Covid-19 Protection" AFTER I purchased my tickets. In addition, they continually postpone the events instead of cancelling them, which somehow gives them the ability to hold your funds until whenever they feel like returning them This worldwide crisis is really showing the true colors and initiative of the corporate leadership for this company and its absolutely terrible. $500 I can't access when I don't have a job and thousands of other people that have unfortunately decided to use their services are forced into the same situation as myself. What scumbags. Never buying tickets from them again.
Purchase 2 Godsmack tickets through the app. Unable to attend, tried to sell my tickets back through the app. "Submit Listing" will not highlight. Have been chatting with fan support for three days only to be told I am "whitelisted" because I tried using a separate device after I was instucted to buy fan support. I'm done with Ticketmaster and I'm out $197.90

Due to covid 19 my concert was postponed. It's been 3 months and no change ir date set. To make matters worse, they wont refund my money or let me sell the tickets I bought. I tried talking to customer service but they are acting as though they dont handle refunds. They said they have to wait until the event reschedules the event to do anything and that their hands are tied. So I got $#*! out of $191. It's been 3 months, its july already. If they were going to reschedule the concert for 2020, theyd have done it by now. Will NEVER do business with them again.
So I purchased 4 tix for an Eagles concert on 10/12/21. Health requirements changed, and per info sent by Ticketmaster, I chose to elect for a full refund (and applied for this within the required window). It has been two months, and I still have not received the refund of over $500, and after numerous emails to ticketmaster, all I get is a robo emai response, and none of their phone lines/options yields a real person. It just directs you to email them. Seriously looking into taking them to small claims court. I'm a retired teacher and have plenty of time and experience.
Paid for 2 seats sweet and tender HOOLIGAN. I got a horrible experience. Paid for 2 tickets combo with complimentary parking. Big fuuuucken mistake since I had to park offsight and pay extra parking and walk 2 blocks. You guys are garbage to take my money and i get to experience the opposite. Be careful of the ridiculous RESALE tickets that con artist, people with no morals are purchasing for resale. 2 tickets for USHER Concert in Las Vegas came out to $7468, lol. Whoever selling them done lost their rabbit a$& mind. Maybe rich people with money to blow will purchase them. The ONLY person I will spend that on is JESUS. Ticketmaster you can stop this madness.
My sales team bought me $500 worth of gift cards for my birthday. The goal was to help offset taking my family of 6 to a Philadelphia Flyers game. Turns out all Flyers tickets are resale tickets. Ticketmaster does not honor gift cards for resale tickets (fan-to-fan they call them). However, ALL sporting event tickets listed by Ticketmaster are resale...Flyers, 76ers, Orioles, etc.! I stilled would have had to pay $500 out-of-pocket even if they honored the gift card. What a despicable, dishonorable organization. That should not be allowed to operate in the USA. Dishonorable, period. Plus don't even try to speak to a live person in customer service.
Do not participate in the Verified Fan program at Ticket master. I spent hundreds of hours and money to buy merchandise to earn a place in line at the Taylor Swift concert in Atlanta for my daughter's 9th birthday. Their site sold me tickets in In wrong state and they refused to exchange them for the corrextstate that I had been working for. Now I am trying to resale them and they refuse to let me list them for less than $161. So now I am out of almost $1000 due to their error. Taylor Swift should be ashamed of partnering with them for the Verified Fan program.

I'm from Canada, i bought for 3000$ canadien for US Open, covid-19 rules changed and now we can't go but I can't get a refund! Very awful service, i never get a human to talk to! Refund my money! I'm gonna make a stink cause that was my whole savings for my dream experience. But travel company stopped all trips to NY cause of needs for private clinic covid-19 tests that cost too much.
Something should be done about it. I tried to get a refund because I bought 2 tickets to the Kirk Franklin and Maverick city concert like a month prior but on the day of the concert, I was right outside the stadium with my fiancé and I tried to go back on the app and get my both of the tickets but I found only one ticket. I couldn't find my fiancé's ticket. I tried to call but no answer. I tried to go up there but I couldn't. Then I emailed for a refund and they said no refunds. I payed over $200 for my tickets and I didn't even participate in it because I could find my ticket in the app/website. I hope something gets resolved because of this issue and I forewarn future concert goers. Please be careful with this app!
It's no wonder they are being sued. They are con artists that arnt bright enough to even have a site that works to suck you in. I hope to God they pay through their A$$ and are shut down to the likes of STUBHUB! You people are disgusting.
The prices and fees are getting ridiculous. They have a monopoly on tickets and they are literally gouging people. It's a disgrace. 1000 dollars for 2 tickets to see Red Hot Chili Peppers, 600 for 2 slipknot tickets, etc…..
An organization that is never available to take a phone call or even live chat on a web site, is a shaddy organization. It is dissapointing when tickets for a sporting event or concert are only available on ticketmaster, when there is no support behind the company taking my money. If it is humanly possible, do not buy or sell through ticketmaster in the future.
WARNING! NEVER USE TICKETMASTER! I purchased 2 tickets and checked the box to have them mailed to me. Then with a quick switch, they changed the method to Mobile Tickets. I don't have a cell phone! They sent them to my phone that hangs on the wall. You know, an old phone. So, there is no way to contact them. Their phone gives a message and hangs up. No email address, just a box to contact them with no response time or even if they will get back to you. So, it appears they scammed me out of ~$150.00 and the tickets are somewhere in TICKETMASTER HELL! Would give them a -10 rating if possible.
I was attempting to purchase tickets online and I kept getting an error message. After holding for 15 minutes (not too bad) I did reach someone. I gave him the error code and the young man said it was my card declining. I called my credit card company and they verified that was not the case. I called Ticketmaster back. The next representative said the error code was not my card at all - so the young man lied to me the first time. I was on the line the 2nd time for 49 minutes trying to get help and was cut off. I wasn't giving up so I called back and I think they had blocked my number. My problem was never resolved. I just hope the few tickets I got are available. Plus they want you to ensure your ticket for $20 each after charging you a resale fee. Right!
Purchased tickets just a couple hours ago for wrong date and was just told (after holding for 30 minutes listening to obscenely loud piano music playing the same song over & over) that I'm ineligible for a refund, selling the ticket or a transfer. I thought I was on the Colorado Rockies website which is where I was looking for Tickets for my husbands birthday present. Some how I was transferred to Ticketmaster. When I realized that 2 tickets where 300 dollars I did not accept the tickets, froze my credit card and immediately canceled the transaction. I also texted my credit card company to deny access. NOPE still was charged and sent the tickets via email. Called the company. Spoke with Angie. She said she couldn't do anything. The transaction was final PERIOD. There was nearly $ 100 in costs from Ticketmaster for the tickets to a baseball game. I had purchased insurance with the tickets since my husband is elderly but they couldn't do anything either. Then I only received 1 ticket - not 2. WHAT a nightmare. Back and forth with the company. Honestly it is a total scam. Still haven't got the second ticket.
I waited in the waiting room, waited in the queue, only for the site to crash when it was my turn. I was able to get back on eventually, but it made me wait again, then, it said it couldn't complete my purchase from my device. I was signed in and everything was legit. I wasted hours of my day and still can't buy tickets.
My only comment would be about the clarification that it is ok to load the tickets to enter into the Stadium on the mobile.
We didn't know if We had to print the tickets or not.

Answer: I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
