I purchased tickets for Ed Sheeran in Chicago (9/15/17) on 3/17. My email receipt, states that my e-tickets will be available to me on 9/8 and to keep a watch out for an email. I email both ticket liquidator and the seller on 9/9. No email so I finally call on 9/12. I speak to a really nice girl after 10 mins on hold. She explains that this happens all the time, not to be concern, and that a lot of people are in the same boat because of how Ed sells his tickets. She instructs me to call back around 12pm on the day of the concert if I still haven't gotten my email. Well, no email so I call back. I was on hold for 5 or so minutes, but the gentleman says that I should call back at 4:30 and if I don't have tickets decide what I AM GOING TO DO. I call back at 4:30, on hold for 20 mins. At this point we also call the seller on another line. When I finally speak to a ticket liquidator rep, she tells me I was told to call at 5, and she can't help me because I didn't listen and to call back then, hanging up on me. Thankfully, the seller gets us new tickets in the same row, just a section over. Needless to say, I would rather cut off my own leg than use ticket liquidator ever again.

Despite the severe thunderstorm which delayed the show. Cold Play came out and just entertained and put a show on which made you forget the rain and being wet.
It was a wonderful concert and a special night because it was keith and nicolle 10 year anniversary. Will be looking forward to more concerts. Thank you

The original ticket price and the price that we paid was outrageous. Almost 1000% and the price from where we were located at Wells Fargo summer we almost need an oxygen. You lost a client!
Sorry if the price was high for you. The tickets on our site are resale tickets, and tickets that are being resold are sold at market value as opposed to face value. Market value varies based on availability and demand, and those final prices are set by the ticket sellers who list on our exchange. If you get a chance, you should shop around a bit next time you're looking for tickets. You may find that we're still among the cheapest for tickets, at time being cheaper than the actual face value.

Purchasing and printing tickets were easy. The price of tickets; come to find out were 3 times the cost of the tickets the people next to us paid. Very disappointing!

Disappointed. Orchestra overwhelmed the band especially vocals. Lights washed everyone on stage. Purchased garden box seats and had to watch large screen monitors.

The tickets I purchased were emerald and 4 tickets together. I was not notified that they would be split. And that wasn't the worst part. The seats were in the wheel chair section and were not easily located by any of the ushers that helped us. The concert was going on for about 45 min before they could find the seats. Both sets of 2 in 2 different wheel chair sections. We had to go to the level where the suites were to get to our seats. But we weren't allowed to walk on that level because we didn't have tickets for a suite nor where we handicap. So they had to get a manager and a police guard to escort us to our folding metal chairs in each of our separate sections. Missing half of the concert while straightening this mess out. Besides missing so much of the concert. It was embarrassing having to be escorted through the suite section. The ticket sellers should be specific when selling such seats. I paid over $1400 for 4 tickets in what I thought was a great area, for a surprise birthday present for my husband. We all got a surprise alright!

Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel. Hi James,
I looked into your order and see that your tickets were actually mobile entry. There is a note on the tickets that says not to print them as a smart device is required to enter the event. This is why the printed tickets did not work and had to be exchanged at the venue.
