Very poor service. Called before going out of town. Told tickets were available. No tickets. Got run around all day. If had known tickets weren't available wouldn't have drive 9 and 1/2 hours.
I bought 4 tickets and had a great time last night! Sting was amazing as was Peter Gabriel. We sat in the back of the arena and the sound was pretty good.

My wife purchased tickets from TicketLiquidator.com for me and my son to go to a baseball game on Father's Day as a surprise. Little did I know I would get a bigger surprise when we were turned away at the door because the same tickets were resold on StubHub, invalidating my tickets. TicketLiquidator is nothing more than a third party reseller that provides no service other than protecting scammy tickets sellers. The only possible way to get a refund is to FAX a letter written by the ticket office on 'venue letterhead' that states you were denied access. Little would you know that the ticket office is never going to provide that because they don't want you using these third party middle men either! The ticket office did tell me that anyone can call and confirm that the tickets were sold and honored on StubHub, but TicketLiquidator refused to make that call. At best, they are just a middle man that provides no service other than inflating ticket prices for their own benefit, and at worst they are a front that protects scammers through their B. S. terms and conditions. STAY AWAY!

The reason we require evidence about ticketing problems is because we are not the direct provider of tickets, so we can't verify any issues directly. We therefore require some evidence of your claim, but are flexible in terms of what you can gather and from whom. (Most venues do assist customers if there are ticketing issues. We're sorry to hear that this venue in particular decided to give you a hard time.) Since the venue wasn't assisting you, we took it upon ourselves to connect with your seller and were able to access a 125% refund of your ticket order, in fulfillment of our policies. We are since re-evaluating our relationship with that seller and will make sure that there are further repercussions for them. Ticketing problems are extremely rare, as we have been in business for over ten years and are one of the largest ticket-selling websites online. However, when such problems do arise, we take them very seriously and ensure they are dealt with.

Hey Chien-Hung, just want to let you know I checked up on your order and everything is still on track. With some events, particularly sporting events, the venue doesn't release the tickets until close to the event date to make it more difficult for people to produce fraudulent duplicate tickets. Your tickets are guaranteed to arrive on time for your event, and because they're eTickets, as soon as you receive the email, you can access those tickets from wherever you are.

Perfect seats at a weeks notice, hated hated hated the $25 rebate thing. Company running the deal must be paying someone at your company some good money for that.

We got to the gate and nobody knew of your company nobody knew about tickets, so we spent 2 hours in the sun while they found our tickets and we were not the only ones.

While trying to purchase tickets there was a question as to when the tickets would be sent. Instead of finalizing the purchase I contacted TL by phone and was advised to have the tickets sent to a hotel in the city where the event was happening, as I would already be en route to the venue when the tickets were scheduled to arrive at my house. I contacted the hotel, discussed the situation, and was told that they would set them aside for me, expecting my arrival that same day. Since this was two months out it seemed a good arrangement. Much to my surprise I received an email from TL that my tickets had already been shipped, two months earlier than expected, and not to my home but to a hotel in another city that I would not visit for 2 months! I contacted TL and was told that I needed to contact the actual seller of the tickets, who represented the actual owner of the tickets. I said that for the $80 I paid for the "excellent service" fee and shipping they had an obligation to see that I got my tickets, and that I had no relationship with any third party seller or owner, and that TL needed to fulfill their responsibility to me. I have yet to receive either tickets or an update from TL and my next recourse will be to register an official inquiry with my credit card company and have the payment reversed.
Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
