After two calls and 40 minutes holding, Ticket Flyer fully refunded my tickets, with apologies, for a cancelled show. They said the venue hadn't notified them of cancellation, so I've upgraded their rating.

Recently bought tickets, then about a week later get an email saying my tickets were cancelled and money refunded. No explanation at all. Still waiting for their non-existent customer support to explain. They were bought as a gift and already given to the recipient. Show is now sold out, so I look like an $#*!! This is the second time they did this, NEVER a problem from Ticketmaster, AXS or anywhere else. Venues should really think about dumping this ticket provider!
Had a code for a pre-sale. Didn't even allow me to purchase a ticket. Waited patiently for the next day to purchase and again the same problem. Does this website even work? The absolute worst in terms of communication. Sent question on twitter, no reply. Sent email, no reply. Calling customer service, been on for over half an hour and no response. Finally the phone rang twice and then they hung up on me. Absolutely Terrible. This company should just pack it up and pack it in.
While it's easy to get tickets, it isn't easy to change information (e.g. Email account). I tried calling because you apparently cannot do this online, and they kept me on hold for about ten minutes before I got impatient and hung up. All I wanted to do was change my email address to receive my mobile ticket. I don't see why that should be a problem.
Badly organized, Very slow, unhelpful customer support, and overall awful. Accidentally bought a ticket for the wrong location and they didn't do anything and I still need to get a refund. No refunds? Seriously? Now I have to contact the venue. I am never using Ticketfly again.
If you need to reach out to customer service because there was an error with your order, don't even begin to try to reach them. I had to reorder tickets to an event after spending an hour on hold for customer service. One letter was wrong in the email address I sent the tickets to, and therefor I could not get my tickets. I ended up just buying new tickets and wasting time and money. This company is awful.
I bought two tickets through them. $25.00 each. Went through the whole purchase process only to find out at the end that each ticket came with an additional $8.30 "Service Charge." When I tried to undo the transaction, all I got was, "No refunds." Outrageous phony "Service Charges" like this will ensure I'll never buy through Ticketfly again. Awful!
Terrible, some small time start up. Doesn't have kinks worked out. Customer service is non existent. Venues and bands should a more bonfire site like a stub hub or Ticketmaster,
Was sold a ticket to a show and my account was charged, but the ticket never arrived. When contacted, they claimed to have no record of the transaction. My bank statement showed the charge to my account. My sons friend will not be able to attend this show with us, and I am now just getting the run a round from their customer service. $29.28 lesson on internet scam awareness. Stay away from this business.
The ticket price was much higher than expected. I paid $60 in service fees. Not acceptable. I hear that other people paid $85 vs $250 (me) in the same section.
Plan on being charged for what an additional ticket would cost just for their service fees. Ticketfly has the worst service so I dont know what we are paying that much extra for. $#*! ticketfly, i'd rather miss the show.
If I could give their customer service no starts, I would. I called in regards to a ticket I had purchased and didn't get the ticket and the lady who helped me was just rude. She sounded like she didn't want to help and it took me about 3 minutes to get some information, so I called someone else and when I had looked the customer service representative had hung up on. Just terrible. I waited 20 minutes for a call for her to just hang up on me. They should really train their people better.
My tickets were cancelled 3 hours before the event due to some fraud detection which made no sense at all! The customer service rep was unhelpful and told me the event is sold out but the ticketfly page shows they're still available! Dont even want to risk spending any more money! TOTAL SCAM
I spoke with Devin through email and they were able to change the name on my will call ticket because i had accidentally put my preferred name instead of my legal name. This stopped me from having to buy a whole new ticket and I am greatly appreciated of Devin.
Purchased tickets and was unable to attend due to a family tragedy. I called prior to the concert and was informed that they would contact the venue and get back to me but and I would likely get the refund. After a week of no replies I called again and got the same line. I contacted the venue and the promoter both of which informed me they had nothing to do with the refund. I contacted this company again today and was informed that I would not get my refund after all, despite what the 2 customer service reps said
Was told to buy tickets from this site for $30 each, when I got on here the cheapest ones were $50 a piece and came with a $17 service charge EACH. Paid nearly $150 for two tickets when my friends paid $33 for a ticket AT THE DOOR. Even the people that ran the concert were shocked and sad for me. All seating was general admission, no reason for such a price increase. Never buying anything from here again.
I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally when it started ringing it sounded like somebody answered but then they instantly hung up. Now I'm calling again and it's already been another 15 minutes that I've been on hold. Ridiculous.
Their site said there was a problem with my card so I tried a different one. It said it would not go thru, maybe my address did not match. I went out of it and tried again and it went thru. They charged one card twice and another once. They ALL DID go thru. Forget trying to call. I waited on hold forever more than once and was hung up on. Now instead of enjoying my event, I'm going to take off half a days work to go by my financial institution to refuse charges and attempt to get my money back. They will get their tickets back because I will not be at any event with this type of association.
Y'all see all the awful reviews about how terrible this company is and lack of customer service, so do the public a favor and REFUSE TO BUY FROM TICKETFLY! SHUT THEM DOWN! They Are scam artists that care nothing for customer service or support so boycott them. It's the only answer. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND CANT WAIT FOR THEM TO GO UNDER. The website is very difficult to use. I kept trying to review seating and each time it added additional tickets to my order. I finally was able to delete them but somehow I wound up with two general admission tickets along with my reserved seat. I have tried calling but you only are put on hold forever and they will not help you. All sales are final. Will attempt to have my order cancelled by American Express and NEVER use this site again.
It, overall, was not the worst experience I have had in my life. I bought tickets for an 18+ show, and had to sign for the package. Suffice to say I was not home and could not pick it up in the city at the UPS store so it got sent back to their offices. They contacted me, left me voice mails, and when I called back I think it was a very organized system. They made it back to me in time, and while I have not seen the show yet, I did get the tickets in time.
Now, the prices were in United States currency, and as a Canadian when my card was charged more than advertised I was alarmed. Since the show is happening in Canada. They were marked up quite a lot from the normal $80.00 CAD to the $93.45 USD Which is $ 123.33 CAD That is a huge mark up from the original 80.
So if you want good, affordable tickets don't buy through TicketFly. Usually the venue will have a link to where you can buy tickets, that aren't marked up a boat load.
But they were nice, and professional. So overall not horrible.
I believe StubHub and other ticket buying websites give you a credit if you're not able to attend the event because of an emergency or nay reason. I will not be buying from Ticketfly again.
Besides being far over-priced and inundating me with ads afterwards, VividSeats & TicketFly offered tiered pricing for what appeared to be better sections or seats. It was a standing-room only, 1-room, 1st come 1st served event with no separate sections or meet-greet services. I trustingly bought the 2nd "tier"... I'm certainly glad that I didn't pay for an even higher "tier!"
No one answers the phone; it takes forever to get an email back and they're usually rude and short with you. Save yourself some misery and use ticketmaster
