The overall reputation of the company reflects significant dissatisfaction among customers, primarily due to inadequate customer service and operational inefficiencies. Common complaints include last-minute ticket cancellations, unresponsive support, and excessive service fees, leading many to label their experience as frustrating and untrustworthy. Although some customers reported successful transactions, the overwhelming sentiment points to a lack of reliability and transparency in ticket fulfillment. The company's approach to customer service appears outdated, with long wait times and insufficient resolution options, prompting customers to seek alternatives for ticket purchasing.

*when I first attempted to purchase tix* their website is misleading about prices. I tried to purchase the GAs for half the cost of the next tier of tix, but the page crashed right as I was finalizing my order. Got stuck with buying next tier up ($1,500 VIPs) because the service charge is basically half as much as the tix themselves, better be worth it... *2 hours ago* I am sitting on hold, waiting for the "next available representative,". I purchased 2 VIP tickets to Life Is Beautiful in Vegas, happening this month. I live in Illinois so we have to leave early to get there in time. The website said they begin shipping wristbands Sept. 1. However, I have not gotten an email saying my wristbands will be shipped. *Now* I just got off the phone with Amanda, seemed nice and like she knew what she was talking about. Apparently they aren't gonna have all the bands shipped until Sept. 15, but they have support tents with extra wristbands if we don't receive ours before we have to go. That'll probably be a bit of a nightmare the first day, but after that I hope we good.
Have spent hours on hold with these guys after ticketing issues for various events. I have never once received a response using their email support form. I am all for a competitive Ticketmaster alternative, however customer support is a must.
Website won't recognize any credit card number. Period. Then 25 minutes on hold and still no answer. It's Monday at 5:30 in the afternoon for petes sake. No concert is worth dealing with this company...
First experience with this company has been a nightmare. Hidden fees, no customer service whatsoever, and flawed technology to the point where I never even got my tickets and after spending 1.5 hours on the phone to get the tickets they were incompatible with apple wallet. It's too bad some events have them as their exclusive ticket providing service... makes those hosting these events look bad too.
Deceptive sales practices, avoidant customer service that does not want to hear from you or help. Lie about pricing. Add cost but no value. Avoid at all costs. Will skip shows to keep money out of their pockets.
I received an email promoted by Ticketfly for the Bristol Rennaisance Faire for $10 off each ticket. The email clearly stated that the tickets were good for the entire duration of the Faire. We purchased tickets and attempted to use them on Saturday, but were not allowed entry because the barcode was scanning as "invalid." At the ticket office at the Faire, we were instructed to call Ticketfly to find out what was wrong. After spending one hour on the phone (mostly on hold), the Ticketfly representative informed us the discounted tickets were for a specific weekend. We argued the fraudulent advertising and were told there was fine print about the specific weekend somewhere... which we never saw. Ticketfly provided a refund and we had to purchase full price tickets at the Faire ticket office.
I WILL NEVER USE TICKETFLY AGAIN... COMPLETE SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING!
I bought a $5 ticket for a friend's concert, which was canceled. The people at the venue said it shouldn't be a problem to get a refund, but they flat-out refuse. Also, they charge a nearly 25% service fee that was not listed until I got the bill. $#*! this stupid company.
SOLD A TICKET WITH A $21 DOLLAR VALUE FOR $94.00
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
THIS WAS LISTED AS A CANADIAN WEBSITE AND THE BILL CAME OUT IN US DOLLAR
Bought a ticket in advance thinking it would be cheaper, ended up costing more than if I bought it at the door, and was told that I "made the choice" to pay more when I accepted the fees. A $3 fee for what? I still have to go to will call and get my ticket. This is a small show that I wasn't worried about selling out. Sorry I went through the billing page quickly because I thought I was getting a cheaper ticket LIKE YOU ADVERTISED. Pointless service that I'll never be using again. They don't care about fans.
I paid an extra 50% of the ticket costs in "service fees." What services were those, exactly? I certainly haven't received any. If it weren't for their outrageous added fees, I could have afforded the next tier of tickets for the show - but then that extra 50% wouldn't have gone to Ticketfly. Funny how that works.
This company is a leech that makes money hand over fist doing absolutely nothing.
Any money they make should have gone to the artists and venues they do business with instead. Ticketfly is a perfect example of what's wrong with the modern entertainment industry.
Ordered tickets but never received the mail at home link. Went to the website and couldn't download the tickets there either! On hold for 30+ minutes! Will never buy from Ticketfly again!
Like many others, no help when the artist I bought the ticket to see cancelled. Customer service rep was unhelpful and rude; plus super long hold times when I called them right when they opened in the morning.
Bought tickets to see DJ Snake in Vegas. He cancelled, I left and guess what, no help from Ticket Fly. Won't even respond to emails. Don't buy from this company.
The worst customer experience in the last 10 years for me for anything! Never again! Error messages, long hold times, just amazing that DSP or anyone else uses this disaster of an organization. Currently out $360 with no tickets to the show! Seriously run for the hills away from these thieves!
I called in a couple of days ago to get help with an error message I was receiving when trying to purchase some tickets. After extended wait times on hold, very unhelpful and rather unfriendly customer service, and three different "solutions" that offered no actual results, it's safe to say I'm less than satisfied. I've never had a single issue with ticketfly, but the one time I needed some help, it seems as though they couldn't care less about my issues. Also, the event price went up, when I was assured they wouldn't, thanks for taking more money.
Shouldnt it be easy to purchase tickets on an online ticket buying website? I mean, if you are going to get one thing right - shouldnt it be the core reason for your existence? I've been been trying to buy tickets to concert for 3 days. They mention using some redic protocol call AVS. Which apparently searches an address that may or may not verify with your banking profile and/or banking statement... wth?!? What other address could they need and WHYYYYY? When I called, their unhelpful agent basically repeated everything in the FAQ - and said, "I can try and run it, but we use the same system. Are you sure you havent moved in the past 3-4 years". So let me get this right?... your system is checking address which are not current but potentially 3-4 years old? GET A CLUE!? Unbelievably annoying experience. Ticketfly should be called Ticketfail.
I had no trouble on the website at all. It was quick and easy. I ordered my tickets and i got to go to the concert.
Purchased tickets for an event the day tickets went on sale. Today I received an email from Ticketfly saying my order had been cancelled due to "error with the ticket link". I called TF to confirm and was told the ticket sales were released earlier than they should have been so they were cancelling orders and to just repurchase. So I attempted to do just that, except when I attempted to complete my order, the fees being charged for my 4 tickets was now over $19 versus $9 on my original order.
I contacted TF in an attempt to resolve and in a nutshell I was told - can't help, too bad, sorry.
Unfortunately it seems this is the only way to purchase tickets for some events and these folks will rip you off and cheat you in an instant and you can suck it up and take it in the bum or miss your show.
I ordered 4 ticket of richigga concert and the concert changed the time so ticketfly send me the email to confirm and if i need a refund they will do it. But when i forwarded the email all they did just make me wait like a week for nothing. I'm so disappointed to it and i will never use this website again
Terrible expereince trying to buy some simple tickets on Ticketfly. I waited 45 minutes on hold, twice on their one and only contact line, just to ask a question about an attempted online purchase. Finally tried the online purchase and got an error on payment, which told me to call the same contact line! Gave up and didnt go to the event, costing whoever subcontracted their sales to these losers a $60 customer.
Ticketfly makes it easy to find events, buy tickets, and share with your friends - all with lower fees and world-class support.
