The overall reputation of the company reflects significant dissatisfaction among customers, primarily due to inadequate customer service and operational inefficiencies. Common complaints include last-minute ticket cancellations, unresponsive support, and excessive service fees, leading many to label their experience as frustrating and untrustworthy. Although some customers reported successful transactions, the overwhelming sentiment points to a lack of reliability and transparency in ticket fulfillment. The company's approach to customer service appears outdated, with long wait times and insufficient resolution options, prompting customers to seek alternatives for ticket purchasing.

Brutal customer service. App failed. Suggested that I retry. Next day billed x2, but tickets x1. Now trying to get through to customer service. Holding, holding, holding...
I am having a horrible experience with ticketfly
I wished I would have reviewed this information before making my purchase.
If I can get a refund for returning used makeup, I can get a refund for not going to an event that didn't even happen yet.
Terrible Terrible Terrible - You pay FEES for customer service correct? Well obviously someone is just picketing the $$ as there is absolutely NO customer support whatsoever.
Not sure how it happened but I was sold 9 underage tickets for a show, which is incorrect. In addition to the exorbitant fees, I was charged an additional $18 on top of the fees.
I tried the "live chat" which is non-existent, no one is available on the customer support help line. NEVER use them. How are they legally in business? Never use them EVER.
I found out through Twitter that the artist had to cancel a half dozen concerts, including one I had tickets to. I tried calling Ticketfly 4 times and waited for up to 30 minutes each phone call, all ended up with no answer. I sent an email inquiring if the concert was indeed cancelled and if so when to expect a refund. I received an automated message back that it could take at least 5 days for a response. To my surprise I received a response to my email in 2 hours that the whole concert was indeed cancelled and that I would be receiving a full refund within 7 to 10 business days. My credit card was credited the full amount including fees in 2 days. Other than the company never answering the phone, everything worked smoothly with the transaction and email response time. The whole concert was cancelled, not the opening act, not the closing act, the whole event. So I did not encounter a bad experience with Ticketfly regarding a cancelled concert and refund.
So I ordered 3 tickets on 11-13-17 for a concert. Well the first THREE times that I tried to do my credit card info; it kept saying that the the card was having a problem and it wouldn't go through. Well, the 4th time it finally went through. It was $56.85. Looked on my bank account and it said that it had went through the first three times but it had refunded it, well I tried to buy something that night and my card DECLINED. These IDIOTS charged $56.85 FOUR TIMES ON MY CARD. So I am now in the negatives and they owe me $170 back. Called customer service today and the lady told me that she only saw 1 purchase, so me thinking that the money had went back to my account... NO THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER TIME! I highly suggest to not use ticketfly. I am very disappointed! Awful service!
I was told if a show is cancelled by the artist, money is automatically returned. Almost two weeks now and nothing. Keep getting generic replys by email. No one answers the phone. I WANT MY MONEY! You had no problem selling me the tickets.
The website is very difficult to use. I kept trying to review seating and each time it added additional tickets to my order. I finally was able to delete them but somehow I wound up with two general admission tickets along with my reserved seat. I have tried calling but you only are put on hold forever and they will not help you. All sales are final. Will attempt to have my order cancelled by American Express and NEVER use this site again.
I really hate ticket companies that charge me a service fee and then force me to use $5 worth of ink to print tickets. They are already paid big money from the company that advertises, plus my fee, plus ink. I just called them to ask how can I remove this prior to printing and they were very rude, and sarcastically gave me answers like "you can print it somewhere else if you don't want to use your ink". Really sad.
Yesterday they said the site was down. Kept trying until I was able to get on for Shery Crow tickets at the Capitol Theater only to find nothing available. Boycott this site. They are scumbags.
It's simple. I can't attend and need to transfer my tix to a family member. The self service support or lack of a "live chat" feature is a joke. Will use other ticket companies in the future.
The service fees are outrageous. Ticket companies who charge exorbitant service fees, like Ticketfly and Tickemaster, should be treated the same as ticket scalpers. Hell, some scalpers charge less than these shysters. On top of that, they have messed up ticket orders for my wife and I more than once. Seriously, burn ticket scalp sites like these to the ground!
This company exists to do convenient ticket fulfillment. I used their service, transact may or may not go through and now I am stuck here wasting time. The complete opposite of its mission. Cannot dislike strongly enough.
Ticketfly sold me tickets to seats that literally didn't exist and then refused to refund my money. Don't waste your time or money! Go somewhere else
Selected 2 tickets for a concert and page times out, so I re-entered the page and selected 2 tickets and they charged me for 4 total tickets, explained my issue through their site and tried to call several times but did not get a response until after the event.
A week after the event they finally did reply they stated that the event has passed and even if it had not there is a strict no refund policy... do not purchase tickets through this website, it is better to buy at the door. I will never purchas anything from them again.
What do they have, a staff of one answering their phones? Bought tix, they changed the lineup, never answered phone to discuss refund. $$$ down the drain. Never again!
I wanted to buy a ticket to a concert but the price was different from what was posted. So I opened two support tickets. I called 5x and waited 40-50mins and was still on hold. So the event is 2 days away and I think I'll just buy it at the door so this place doesn't get my service fee for the lack of support and poor business practice.
After one hour on waiting for customer service, they told me that the waiting time is no more than 30 minutes. LIE! I was shaking so bad because this is unacceptable. How can the company CEO let this happen to his customers? RUDE! RUDE! RUDE.
Never answer the phone. Waited half an hour. Horrible company. I even tried tweeting them to see if I could get a response at all and absolutely nothing. I had a simple question and I was just getting shafted. Such bad customer service.
I bought two tickets to I prevail - rage on the stage tour for September 20th in OK. I received my tickets and they are for October 20th in freaking Massachusetts. I spent entire hour on hold alone for them to tell me that I have to wait 24-48hr just to see if I can get a refund. "They will call me back" I highly doubt it. I checked my confirmation email and everything was correct, but according to customer support, they don't even sell tickets for the concert I'm wanting to attend. Okay?
Ticketfly makes it easy to find events, buy tickets, and share with your friends - all with lower fees and world-class support.
