Boy was I stupid to get presale tickets for Keith Urban I should have waited till the day I was supposed to get them at the Minnesota State Fair. How these rip-offs jerks got to the top of Google I do not know unfortunately I read all the reviews on these people and it was horrible so I'm here to add another horrible review my American Express could not help me with this scam I now have to pay $750 for tickets I'm sure I'm never going to get I just went on the website of the State Fair the day they were opening ticket sales and I got better seats than these creeps offered me for $77 a piece and a $10 service charge these creeps charged me 269 a piece and then added a bunch of stuff on before I even saw what they were adding on because it was so quick and they had it on my American Express the second they got my number I'm sure when I get to the fair these will never be accepted but I have the other seats that I should have waited for this is the biggest scam I've ever gotten involved in and I feel sick to my stomach don't buy tickets from these rip-off artists

Terrible company. I dont know how they still in business. Their prices are over 3x of any other sites and their fees are outrageous. 1 star because i must.They deserve none.

We spent thousands of dollars on a trip from Canada to See Bonnie Raitt. Bought tickets well in advance for the show on Friday March 10. Fully paid for many many weeks in advance. Received an email from Tickets Center on Wednesday March 8 saying the event has been cancelled. Immediately called the Casino where the concert was to be held. They said absolutely not, it has not been cancelled, it was completely sold out. They took our tickets and resold them for a higher price! I can't warn you enough! Stay away at all cost!

This site is a complete scam,selling tickets for 3- times the original price of tickets,they tell you they'll send them 3 days before the event, then send a text to your phone,instead of tickets to your email, stating verify your tickets transfer by using your email, once you put the email in,the site will say someone has already used your email, and your tickets have been sold,a foreigner will answer your call apologizing about the confusion, then tell you they'll give you better seats at a lower price,but tell you,you have to pay again, before getting your refund for your first tickets.

Got 4 tickets totaling $607 dollars as a Christmas gift for Cirque De Soleil. I looked on the venue website and same day/time, seating was $37 dollars each seat. This would allow a total of $148 for 4 tickets plus the service fee. I got ripped off by $400 dollars. This should be illegal. I do not even recall how they showed up online and I felt into this trap. This is a $400 dollars extra that I should not have paid. I got a very far way seat/aisle in a very tight awkward corner, Not even a great access view. Come on brother and sisters We should challenge this illegal practice. I will fight my card payment. I am trying to get a photo of my receipt so post it. This is not a little more it is a LOT of more money.They don't even give you the electronic receipt until 24 hours before the event. And I paid this last year. No more ticket-center for me. Please, please, please, buy from the venue website instead of ticket-center. As you see my receipt and the price directly from the venue site is only $37 dollars for each ticket. Even for seating that is way lower and. Better. I am pissed.

When you purchase tickets on their site they create a sense of urgency (with a timer and pop ups claiming the show is selling out quickly) so you don't take the time to read the fine print while trying to get tickets to a show you're really wanting to attend. All sales are final...even though they don't have tickets to the show yet, they disclose that all sales are final. I tried to protest with my bank and my bank said that their disclosure is legal, albeit a shady practice. Very frustrating indeed.

BUYER BEWARE - this website is overcharging for tickets to event and they have huge fees attached they do not disclose - find another site to purchase from and do your homework.

Do not become a sucker like I did by using Ticket Center. Notice how their name and appearance are almost identical to Ticketmaster? It is no coincidence. I purchased tickets for a concert from Ticket Center, and paid exactly $313.50 for 2 Tickets. The very next day I found the same tickets for $50 per ticket. These were General Admission, Standing Room Only. And then when I tried to get a refund for the tickets, they refused because they are secondary market tickets. After you purchase the tickets they are transferred to Ticketmaster for Electronic Entry. I should have read the reviews first, its no wonder they have such a bad reputation. Ticket Center are criminals and I hope somebody sues them. I am going to do the only thing I can at this point, and that is to write as many reviews and blogs as I can, to raise awareness to everyone, to never use the Pirate Company "Ticket Center". They will reap what they sow. It's only a matter of time.

In the event you need to buy tickets for your event I would avoid purchasing them on this platform. Although there is a purpose to have policies and guidelines in place I find it disheartening that there is an absolute no refund or purchase cancellation policy. In an attempt to cancel my order within minutes.The company claimed there is nothing that they could do. I feel that this is poor customer care and that there should be something in place for the customer to be able to recall their order within a specific timeframe. With this in mind I warn the use of this website.

BEWARE! I thought I was on the Yoshi's site and bought tickets from TicketCenter. I regretted it immediately. I realized I was not on the Yoshi's site. Tickets on the Yoshi's site (the venue of the concert) cost much less. TicketCenter charged me 2.4 times the actual price for tickets. And they do not give refunds!
To make it even worse, I am told I will not get my tickets until the day before the concert- and they will not guarantee that I will even receive the tickets before the concert!
BEWARE! This is terrible!

Ticket Center will grossly overcharge for tickets. My stupidity by thinking they are a reputable company cost me $125 for an $8 parking ticket. And when I contacted them they assured me that the laws and regulations allow them to rip people off and they feel good about it. Please look for other ticket options before being grossly overcharged by this unscrupulous company

This site charged me an absurd amount more than ticket Master (use that instead) plus I swear they must pay a bit extra to ensure they'll be the top site to appeare on the search even if you search up ticket Master. They have all sales final policy so if you accidentally use this site I guess it's tough luck. I've learnt that now. DONT USE THESE RIP OFFS

As several other people have said, somehow they got to the top position on Google and we all think they are a reputable supplier. I tried to cancel within minutes of my transaction to no avail. Don't go to their site or you will pay as much as 3 times the market rate for event tickets.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!

Had major concerns with the site I contacted them right away and nothing they could do to help, the prices are way over and take advantage of people. I also had the wrong amount deducted from my card. I would never recommend purchasing anything from here:

RUN AWAY from these crooks...biggest scam...I purchased tickets several months from the event I was going to. Was promised tickets would arrive 1 week before the event. I literally emailed/call them 4 to 5 times everyday only to get an email saying the tickets would be at Will Call. We picked them up and they were NO WHERE near where I purchased them. I had tickets on the floor and we ended up in nose bleed seats. I wish there was a way to lock these crooks up.

A few weeks ago, I purchased 6 tickets for the 2023 Daytona 500 for a few friends that live out of state. We all planned our vacation to Daytona as we have been doing for 17 years. Today I receive a telephone call from Ticket Center telling me "The vendor" revoked the tickets. I have never in my 50 plus years of purchasing tickets for many events heard such a ridiculous story. Absolutely ludicrous to now not have tickets for the event which is 4 days away and a sold-out venue.
I ask to speak to a Supervisor, and I ask for the company's corporate address which the person I was speaking with was not allowed to give this information out. I get placed on hold for approx. 7 minutes waiting for a supervisor. The supervisor "Janay" comes on the line and states I'm going to get a full refund however it takes time, as long as my bank takes to retrieve the refund and she states she is not allowed to give out the corporate address. I ask to speak to her supervisor and or Manager and she tells me they only answer emails, they don't take calls. I'm scratching my head trying to understand what type of business practice is this? I've been in business for over 30 years and no company I've worked for will shy away from a customer and avoid resolving issues. So, I'm out $2600.00 for who know how long, my friends who traveled halfway across the country don't have tickets to a venue we've been attending for 17 years and there isn't one person at Ticket Center that gives a sh**. Pathetic customer service at best.

The 1-star rating is as low as you can go... it's a zero for sure. This company should train their employees.
