We purchased tickets to an XFL game that was cancelled because of the Pandemic, Purchase was made on Feb 9 for event on March 29. When cancelled, I expected to get a refund. In May finally got email from ticket center telling me they were not refunding but giving store credit for a future event. Told them it was not acceptable and I wanted a full refund. They ignored this. Filed a dispute with the credit card company(AMX). THought they would side with me but they did not. Again contacted Ticket Center telling them I needed a full refund, that so called store credit was not acceptable. They refused with some BS about the upheaval caused by the pandemic and that the government said they could not give refunds. Finally filed a complaint with the BBB. Documented my complaint with the facts and the last email from Ticket Center. Today, July 31 the full refund hit my credit card. Thanks you BBB.
I know the covid 19 had a lot of consert and show canceled and changed. They gave in store refund but not cash refund. I know they recieved their cost back but required me to get other tickets from them, but I cant find a dam thing they have that I want to go to. Worst part is customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful and didnt care about trying to help me with tickets or even talk about a refund well never ever buy though them again.
THE WORST COMPANY, TOTAL FRAUDS, STAY AWAY! Had tickets to Hamilton for March 14th. Theaters shut down due to Covid. They refused to refund, only gave us credit. This credit EXPIRES in FOURTEEN MONTHS. Covid will no doubt still be raging, the likelihood of anyone going to the theater is very low. No one on their "customer service" chat line or via email will tell me whether they'll extend the expiration date on our credit if this happens. If you try to "live chat" with a rep, they end the chat before you can even get your question out! Clearly they are trying to deter people from calling and complaining. They are the absolute worst.

This company is the worst. They dont give any refund now the concert had been rescheduled. I m affected by covid and cancelling my ticket worth $661.00 and just to be told they dont refund. Do not deal with this company.
TicketCenter is refusing to give me a refund. Instead, they're insisting on a credit. I already explained that my son has a disability with his health already compromised and it doesn't look like we will be going anywhere anytime soon.
With the pandemic going on the venue my concert was at is offer a refund on tickets. They are rescheduling with a date to be determined. This company will not refund even though the venue is saying to get a refund on your tickets. What a joke if I could give them 0 stars I would. Never again will I fall for a scam like this site again!
My event was cancelled and not rescheduled. They promised a refund and sent us a credit voucher to use for another event, which there are none to go to. We're hurting financially and this makes it worse, and we'll be paying intrest on something we never received. Worst part, customer service didn't even remotely care and hung up on me. 1 star is too many but I have to pick one to post.
Do to covid-19 the lizzo concert was canceled. They first emailed me stating that they were going to issue my money back to my credit card that was back in March. Two months later on May 20th they emailed standing they will no longer issue a refund. What they will provide is a store credit a store. The thing is they don't have a store so how am I going to be able to utilize that credit. I am furious because it took them over 60 days to tell me that they will not refund my money and basically I'm out of $200.

WARNING NOT the company you thought you were going to. PAY ATTENTION to your browser URL. It looks legit and you will get tickets, but at 4 times the cost when they add in the "fees." I wasn't aware of the fees until I received my confirmation email. I immediately tried to contact the company, but it wasn't easy to find contact information. When I connected with the company I was told there were no refunds, PERIOD.

I purchased tickets last night and when I looked at all their reviews on their page they have a great rating. Something didn't seem right after I placed the purchase. I called the number off their page and got some guy who has no customer skills. He basically said to bad we have your money. I will be disputing this with my credit card as soon as I post. I also went to BBB to find the reviews there. There is nothing on the BBB page but complaints filed and bad reviews which is what I will be doing next. From what I have read from other sites outside of the one they use that only they can post on this is nothing but bad. They don't allow google reviews somehow. They protect themselves from their horrible business practices as much as they can

I purchased 4 tickets to the Grand Rapids Nutcracker, paid 74.00 per ticket seats A7-10 orchestra for December 21 2pm. When we arrived, 3 tickets scanned and seat A10 was not valid. The box office at the site verified that the seat had already been sold. I tried connecting with ticketcenter.com through online urgent text-----fail, then spent 10 minutes trying to finally get to a person with customer service. The first person took information, then hold for 10 minutes, the 2nd person had to take all the same information, then stated that the only thing they could do was start an "investigation", and they would "sit down" with the seller to find out what happened. Not at all willing or able to give a refund and did not want to make it right. NEVER BUY A TICKET FROM OTHER THAN TICKETMASTER ----this company is a scam
I haven't bought tickets online in over a decade. Admittedly I didn't realize this is how it works. That being said, I paid for sec 300 but I got my tickets in the mail and they were in sec 426 all the way up against the wall with nowhere to go! They charged $155 for $49.50 face-value tickets and didn't even get the section right! STAY AWAY! DO NOT BUY from these A-Holes. Criminals! Avoid at all costs.

Never got any mobile tickets to download or view, spent my night messaging Ticketcenter.com (because no body is there answering phones at 7:00 on a Saturday night) and crying at the Venue, and my phone was dying! It was horrible!
They would keep resending the same email! Today, over a week later I called again because I never received an email they said they would send to help me get a refund and the lady said no, we will not refund you because you didn't download the tickets! So I asked her to walk me through it, to see what I was doing wrong, so she sends it over again, but this time it has a pdf on the bottom, and there they were!
I was so upset again, but now I know for a fact it was Ticket Center and NOT my phone! They also make you do a review when your buying the tickets, it's gotta be the only reason they have any good reviews!
I was automatically sent to this site from the Dell website looking for tickets. I wasn't paying enough attention but thought it was super strange that the tickets were so high. I paid $250 plus for two $30 tickets. Beware! I also was told my tickets would arrive the next day, now it's saying the day of the show. In their terms and conditions it says tickets have up to an hour before the show starts to be delivered. Such a scam! You got me once, but you will not get me again, you dirtbags!
Ticket centres has actually been of help overtime hence with this your event is a sure success. Tickets centre guarantees that you are 'over qualified' (if there's a word like that though), to enter any event, show, program, etc. Look around your area for some life changing activities, get your tickets and learn how to turn the world in your favour.
This company was supposed to send my tickets to my Flash Seats account and didn't! They sent an email showing they were transferred, but when I went to my Flash Seats account, they weren't there! I called Flash Seats and they said I had to take this probelm up with TicketCenter.com. When you call them, you will be put on hold forever and nobody helps you with your problem. I had to PROVE TO THEM that I never received my tickets to my Flash Seats account. OK, whatever. I sent pictures showing an empty account. I also saved all the emails that show I bought the tickets ($150.00 - way overpriced!) Apparently, they get their tickets from another "third party" who is to remain anonymous! This company is a rip off, a scam company, and I am going to report them for theft, dispute my credit card bill, and turn them in to the BBB. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If you do, don't say I didn't warn you! Worse company I have ever encountered in my entire life! This company doesn't even deserve a one star rating!
