I have tickets for a concert at the Ryman Thursday and have not received tickets or a notification to get them by e-mail.

I purchased tickets and the event was CANCELLED and no communication about my refund! I want my money back!

Answer:
Ticket Center will not issue refunds, but instead issues store credit. Conveniently blaming all cancelled events on COVID-19, in which they changed their refund policy due to COVID-19. This was never their policy beforehand.

I just bought tickets thinking it was Ticketmaster but it wasn't ... I would like to cancel my other immediately...may I do this?
