I just bought tickets thinking it was ticketmaster but it wasn't ... i would like to cancel my other immediately...may i do this?

Answer:

Ticket Center will not issue refunds, but instead issues store credit. Conveniently blaming all cancelled events on COVID-19, in which they changed their refund policy due to COVID-19. This was never their policy beforehand.
