I purchase a glowing glass pokemon ball in march this year it is now 31st may about to be june and i have still not received the item. To make it worst they took more money out of my card then what the checkout price was. I have tried contacting these people a few times via multiple ways with no response what so ever. If you cant supply the item people have paid for then you should refund the person instead of just taking their money and ignoring them. I would give them 0 stars but apparently the lowest you can go is 1 star and they dont even deserve that. Will never buy from them again and i would tell everyone i know not to buy from them. Absolutely annoyed.

I too ordered a clock in Oktober and the only thing I saw of this order was the billing on my credit card, close to 60. When trying to inform on the delivery date in December, I found no contact. The site referring to the contact gave an 404 error: Page not found. My bank is still trying to recover the money, but as far I can see now, they too won't get answers.
Update december, 23. Things will get crazy now. A few days ago my bank confirmed cancelling the payment for the clock, and today, after more than 3 months, the clock arrived! Will see what happens next.

This company is a scam. You'll be lucky if they even send you the item you order, if they do it will most likely be fake or faulty, or have parts missing. It will get sent as a gift from amazon which screams dodgy before you even open your package. Your lucky if you manage to contact them by phone, you'll no doubt have some bloke at the other end being rude. Sending rude emails. And will accuse you of being a liar and refuse to give you a refund. If you do send the item back, theyll just pretend they havent recieved it. Even if you track it!

Ordered a clock 12-4-16. My credit card was charged immediately. Received a confirmation email with no order number or contact info. Received another email on 12-8-16 saying it shipped via USPS with a tracking number. The tracking number has never worked on the USPS website. Never received merchandise. Replied to the email and it is rejected. No contact info. The Facebook page seems to be wiped clean or disabled. http://thevarietyshop.co/

The fake company goes by the names "The Variety Shop", "Gotta Have this Now", "Beyond Basick".

Purchased a clock on 8/30 and my account was immediately charged. Did receive the order confirmation email but no delivery date. It is now 10/20 and I still have no clock. I've sent the company 4 emails and each one was answered saying they were processing my order etc etc. The last email I received from them was on 10/18 in which they said that my order had been shipped and that I would receive shipping information "shortly". Well that was 2 days ago and I still have no shipping info nor the clock and there's nothing on their site regarding tracking info on my order. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. Just wish I had looked at the reviews on FB or even googled the company as I surely would NOT have ordered anything from them. Did contact the BBB but they couldn't help because all mail sent to this company is returned so they assume that the company is no longer in business. They just change the location and continue ripping people off.

My items were delivered very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The items purchased were really good and great value for money. I would definitely recommend to use this store!

This is a scam website, avoid at all costs. I ordered an item from this website as the low prices combined with the professional look of the website convinced me to give it a go. The item did arrive although it was in amazon packaging and addressed to me as a 'gift' which I thought was very odd. I returned the item as it was no longer needed. The company sent me a returns postage label which I used. They said that they didnt receive the item and that I sent it to the wrong address (I used their postage label!) and are refusing to issue a refund. I believe this website is a scam. I have had no responses to emails or online entries and everytime I phone the number it states that 'the variety store is unavailable'. AVOID.

I would and have recommended The Variety Store to anyone who needs quality products at very reasonable prices! And delivered promptly and efficiently!

Very helpful staff. I made an error with my order and the people at the firm quickly sorted it and were very helpful. Delivered quickly and was the best price on the internet.
