I ordered a oil painting of the Disney Villians on Nov. 20 to get in plenty of time for Christmas. Got no tracking number or receipt. I wrote and company confirmed the order on Dec. 10 and said it would go out with the next order. It is now Jan 4 and no painting and no response to any of my daily e-mails and phone messages. Hope to reverse the charges tomorrow on my credit card.

Ordered a Prince clock for my son's only Christmas present December 2. Got the email confirmation, notice of shipping. Started leaving messages on messenger. They assured me they were not a ripoff place, be patient, etc. Now no communication no clock.

Very pleased with the GHD Hair Straightener! My hairstyle stayed so nice for whole 3 days. Could not believe this would ever happen as I have thick long hair, which used to flatten after several hours. Highly recommend this product, you will be enjoying lovely hairstyles for longer.

Ordered the final fantasy pillows in Beginning of December till money and haven't heard anything back yet no email no nothing avoid them don't lose your money on this waste of space company

I too ordered a clock in Oktober and the only thing I saw of this order was the billing on my credit card, close to 60. When trying to inform on the delivery date in December, I found no contact. The site referring to the contact gave an 404 error: Page not found. My bank is still trying to recover the money, but as far I can see now, they too won't get answers.
Update december, 23. Things will get crazy now. A few days ago my bank confirmed cancelling the payment for the clock, and today, after more than 3 months, the clock arrived! Will see what happens next.

Ordered a clock in October. No confirmation other than the charge on my credit card. It is now December and all attempts to contact them for a status have failed. Avoid this fake company and save money and avoid aggravation.

Ordered a Skull clock and received a Nightmare Before Christmas clock. Won't return email request to get the clock I ordered. Stuck with a clock I don't want!

I ordered a clock and my card was charged immediately. Received a shipment notification on December 8 with a bogus USPS tracking number. Never received the order and no replies from their website contact email. Their is another similar site called the variety shop.co selling the same items... don't buy from them either!

I was ripped off as well. Order a clock and they charged my credit card. Then I was given a bogus USPS tracking number. When I emailed them they told me it was sent and to give the tracking number a chance with the USPS. I called the credit card company and they reversed the charge. Shame on The Variety Shop and shame on FB for allowing them to advertise.

This company is a scam. You'll be lucky if they even send you the item you order, if they do it will most likely be fake or faulty, or have parts missing. It will get sent as a gift from amazon which screams dodgy before you even open your package. Your lucky if you manage to contact them by phone, you'll no doubt have some bloke at the other end being rude. Sending rude emails. And will accuse you of being a liar and refuse to give you a refund. If you do send the item back, theyll just pretend they havent recieved it. Even if you track it!

Look at all the good reviews. Notice that they are all posted on the same day? Yeah thats because someone from the site wanted to drown out the 1 star review.

Hadn't heard of TheVarietyStore until this first order. Needless to say, I'm really pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I ordered and paid for an item from this site 6 weeks ago and it never arrived. I got no reply from the numerous e-mails I sent them and the phone number on the website is always on an answering machine. It's a fake company and any good reviews on it are obviously FAKE! AVOID!

Ripping People off stay away and file a complaint.

Purchased a clock on 8/30 and my account was immediately charged. Did receive the order confirmation email but no delivery date. It is now 10/20 and I still have no clock. I've sent the company 4 emails and each one was answered saying they were processing my order etc etc. The last email I received from them was on 10/18 in which they said that my order had been shipped and that I would receive shipping information "shortly". Well that was 2 days ago and I still have no shipping info nor the clock and there's nothing on their site regarding tracking info on my order. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. Just wish I had looked at the reviews on FB or even googled the company as I surely would NOT have ordered anything from them. Did contact the BBB but they couldn't help because all mail sent to this company is returned so they assume that the company is no longer in business. They just change the location and continue ripping people off.

I placed an order with the VarietyShop on 7/20/2016 and didn't get my "confirmation email" like the order said I would receive. After 2+ weeks, I went to their Facebook page and saw they had a place for Customer Posts. Customers were complaining left and right about the same thing... everyone paid, but nobody received their order. I came back to their Facebook page a few days later and all the posts from customers were gone, not to mention that you can no longer leave any posts at all! I found an email address and complained about my order and I received a form letter saying they received a high influx of orders and are behind in processing and shipping. They refused to answer my question on when would I receive my order. I sent another email 3 days later asking where's my order and received the exact same form letter. I sent them a Private Message from Facebook and they said I would receive my order in two weeks. Two weeks from what day though? At this point, it was almost a month since I placed and paid for the clock! As of now (8/19/2016), they no longer respond to any communications. Any positive reviews about this company on the internet have the same date of 5/29 (I don't remember the year) and they seem to use the same words throughout all the "fake positive" reviews, liked it was someones job to write them all. I'm opening a dispute with my credit card company and I WARN YOU, NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEVARIETYSHOP.CO... IT'S A SCAM! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY (and yes, is the correct spelling of their website)... their jerks! Plus, I'm hurt because the clock I ordered was adorable and now it's not coming. Ever. :'(

This is a scam website, avoid at all costs. I ordered an item from this website as the low prices combined with the professional look of the website convinced me to give it a go. The item did arrive although it was in amazon packaging and addressed to me as a 'gift' which I thought was very odd. I returned the item as it was no longer needed. The company sent me a returns postage label which I used. They said that they didnt receive the item and that I sent it to the wrong address (I used their postage label!) and are refusing to issue a refund. I believe this website is a scam. I have had no responses to emails or online entries and everytime I phone the number it states that 'the variety store is unavailable'. AVOID.

Ordered a clock 12-4-16. My credit card was charged immediately. Received a confirmation email with no order number or contact info. Received another email on 12-8-16 saying it shipped via USPS with a tracking number. The tracking number has never worked on the USPS website. Never received merchandise. The fake company goes by the names "The Variety Shop", "Gotta Have this Now", "Beyond Basick".

I would and have recommended The Variety Store to anyone who needs quality products at very reasonable prices! And delivered promptly and efficiently!

Delivery was fast and Easy. The product came well packaged and nicely presented.
