Purchased a clock on 8/30 and my account was immediately charged. Did receive the order confirmation email but no delivery date. It is now 10/20 and I still have no clock. I've sent the company 4 emails and each one was answered saying they were processing my order etc etc. The last email I received from them was on 10/18 in which they said that my order had been shipped and that I would receive shipping information "shortly". Well that was 2 days ago and I still have no shipping info nor the clock and there's nothing on their site regarding tracking info on my order. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. Just wish I had looked at the reviews on FB or even googled the company as I surely would NOT have ordered anything from them. Did contact the BBB but they couldn't help because all mail sent to this company is returned so they assume that the company is no longer in business. They just change the location and continue ripping people off.
