I paid for unlock and did receive a code. The code didn't work. Now they aren't responding to my emails and won't give me a refund. I'm most annoy
Stacy we are responding to each and every email, you are saying the phone is not prompting for an unlock code, we are asking what sim card you are trying to use in the phone, and if the sim card is active. The sim card you are trying to use is the same sim card of the locked carrier, as stated in our instructions as well as in our email you need to use a sim card that is not from the original carrier to get the unlock code to prompt. Easy, simple fix
