تواصلت مع الاخت منى في الاشتراكات بالواتس اب وافدتها ان وصولي تاريخ 8 نوفمبر و مغادرتي يوم 14 نوفمبر وارسلت لها ايميل بديل وردت علي ووعدتني اكثر من مره بخدمتي و لم تخدمني وتواصلت بعدها معها ولم ترد علي وطلبت منها في الواتس ارقام التواصل مع المشرف او الجهة التي تخدمني ولم ترد علي لاهي ولا الاستاذ احمد والان بعد اسبوع تقريبا من حجزي للرحلة الذهاب والاياب تمكنت من استرجاع الايميل والحجز من الموقع الا ان مواعيد الحجز بعد الوصول ب 4 ايام والاسم المسجل بالاشتراك خطأ اسمي turki ali khormi
ارجو السفر في الميعاد ٢٢ نوفمبر تم حجز تذاكر الطيران في نفس التاريخ

اريد ان يتم تاكيد فضلا لا امر حجزي في فندق Wyndham dubai marinaبسبب انو لديه بعض الاعمال في الجي بي ار
Since 17th May 2022 when I paid for the package, I made it clear to your agent, Said Abdouni, that my plan was to use it over the Christmas/New Year with my family. He advised me that I only needed to give two weeks' notice for my booking to be arranged.
I subsequently communicated my worry that 2 weeks' notice would be insufficient, considering the fact that Christmas/New Year is a very busy period for both flights and hotel accommodation, to which he replied initially that I could give 1 months' notice. Upon my insistence that 1 month notice might still be late, he agreed for me to give 2 months' notice instead.
Having made arrangements on my end and my wife and I taking leave from work for that period, I communicated to Said on 6th October 2022 my dates of 25th December 2022 to 1st January 2023, along with details of my family and 3 children's ages.
To my shock and horror, Said now came back with the news that everything was fully booked for that period, up until 4th January 2023, when both my wife and I are due back at work and the children are back in school. Considering the fact that I had consistently warned him about this exact same scenario since May, I find it utterly unacceptable that my family's long-awaited dream holiday to Dubai has now turned into a nightmare.
I therefore write to ask you to do EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to give us this experience as planned from 25th December 2022 to 1st January 2023, failing which I would demand for appropriate compensation along with a full refund.
I trust that you will find it possible to remedy this grievous lack of diligence from Said Abdouni.
