Room for more improvement. It's quite understandable sales agent need to make sales but don't be aggressive about it.
Not impressed. I feel I was mislead by the process - not sales agent fault. Everyone was really friendly including sale agent and was made to feel important and royal until I mentioned that I need sleep on it before making decision. I felt that way more than 3 people were involved in sales process and things seem to be fake. Do you the fact that I did not sign, I was seriously considering until the way the exit occured. The exit strategy was not comfortable at all and extremely awkward. It was like walk of shame because I did not sign. A walk of shame including the ride back with taxi. I did not appreciate at all. And for that reason I would not want to associated with the first group or even accept their 2 free hotel nights which is also about misleading. In the end because of this uncomfortable feeling, I am happy I did not take the package, because I how I was made to feel when I left the hotel. Not a good feeling at all. Amazing hospitality in the beginning but not for exit.
I really like hospitality, and I really appreciate your efforts
This wasn't convenient when booking to far away. I had to wait until today to book my trip for November when I had already purchased my flight.

Reaching correspondents is quite difficult. My travel dates are August 14-20 and I want to know if it's possible to get this package.
Very friendly and courteous staff refreshing experience overall, but I never received the Information I initially signed up for, instead of the details about purchasing an investment I was offered flight tickets plus hotel accommodation on a reduced rate for a week thats about it
