I was Lucky to have Isabelle Manga as my customer assitante during my stay as she made everything in her power to assist me and make my stay perfect. à la vente du pack on m'a promis que la date d'expiration du pack pourrait être étendue car j'avais expliqué que les seules vacances où je pourrais revenir seront en Février, et il semble que cela soit compliqué et Amnay Belkadi (qui m'a vendu le pack e,n me disant que je ne devais pas m'inquiéter et qu'il pourra étendre jusqu'à Avril 2025 si besoin) semble avoir quitté le groupe. Cela ne me rassure pas du tout sur le sérieux du groupe. Et j'espère que mo séjour sera accepté malgré tout et que tout ira bien.
The managers on charge of marketing are very professional in their conduct. There no peer pressure to sign up package. I think this is a genuine company with excellent code of conduct from it's manager.

Thougt we would be informed about real estate possibilities in Dubai hotels.
After short vist in showroom transported to hotel/resort awaiting a tour and explaination around possibilies. Waited a long time there. No tour, only offering was a reduced price on a 7 day stay in a hotel. So just a sales promo action instead getting information. What a waste of time.
My experience with The First Group has been mixed. On the one hand, the company presents interesting investment opportunities in Dubai's hospitality sector, with well-located properties and a highly professional sales process. Their sales team is knowledgeable and provides extensive insights into the market and potential returns.
However, my visit to Balqis Residence fell significantly short of expectations. I was promised a VIP experience, yet the reality was far from what had been communicated. Instead of the expected access to the pool, we were placed on the beach with no clear explanation.
Moreover, the staff was not sufficiently attentive or responsive to guests' needs. Requests were often met with delays or vague responses, which negatively impacted the overall experience.
Another major concern was the persistent hidden costs for services that should have been included in the package. The lack of transparency regarding pricing and the benefits advertised was disappointing and undermined trust in the service.
In conclusion, while The First Group offers an intriguing investment concept, my experience at Balqis Residence was underwhelming. The level of service did not align with expectations, and the unclear pricing structure was a significant drawback. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues.
