The College Wizard

Just giving a quick update guys! Following my first semester at Cornell University, I am proud to say that I have achieved Dean's List for my performance in my first semester courses. I have maintained contact with Harvey throughout this entire experience: periodic check ins and discussions with regards to my course load, schedule building, and casual conversations about my current topics of study. I can say that I would not have achieved Dean's List without him. His continuing support and guidance extends far past SAT and ACT exams, and the college application process. Additionally, Harvey has assisted me with my resume which has been crucial in finding job opportunities and internships for the summer. Harvey is the man!

Thank you Harvey, for being an oasis of integrity and insanely good customer service in an industry where (at least in our experience) there are a lot of bad or – sadly – incompetent apples. After a horrendous experience with one of the "highest rated" admissions coaches in our area, we found you and you made everything right. You amazed us with your expertise, insight, creativity and humor. Just as you said, the admissions package you guided Hannah to put together, the essays you helped her write and the 1550 SAT score (up from 1380) she received courtesy of your College Wizard Rules made Hannah stand out even against this year's mind bogglingly stiff competition, ensuring her acceptance at Yale. Keep up your important work.

Working with Harvey was a delight. Without his help, I wouldn't have been able to increase my SAT score by more than 200 points, as well as receive an acceptance letter from my dream school. He is extremely patient, supportive, and always there to answer questions about the college admissions process. Paired with time and effort, his systems and strategies are remarkably effective. Harvey knows exactly what it takes to get your child to the best possible SAT score. After going through the process, it became clear to us why his unlimited lesson program is so valuable. My daughter started with Harvey after getting back her 10th grade PSAT (1270) and being upset with such a low score compared to her 4.5 GPA. Harvey explained that it is typically a long process to achieve significant score gain, and now, over a year later, we have experienced the benefits of Harvey's long-term approach. After 3 attempts, my daughter is so proud of her 1540 score!

I was really nervous about the SAT and wasn't sure if this course was even worth the effort. I decided to test it out and try to aim for a better PSAT at school this year. The rules really helped, especially in the language section. I did well, a 1490 Digital PSAT which put me top ten percentile! I know I need to practice much more, but this was a good run. I also identified issues with some Geometry topics that I definitely need to review. Definitely recommended.

I am quite excited to inform to be attending Carnegie Mellon University in the fall to study Business with a minor in Computer Science and Statistics thanks to Harvey's help. Thanks to his help, I have reached my full potential over the past 2 years. The SAT & ACT help was really helpful, and make a test that felt subjective, feel objective. Furthermore, I appreciate how he guided me through the college essay and the development of the business website process for my financial education platform. I really was able to understand how to sell myself to the colleges, and I think it helped me excel in my college interviews.

We signed up with Harvey because my daughter is an incredibly driven student who has dreamed for years of getting a perfect SAT score. What we discovered in searching the internet for tutors is that most companies focus more on middle-level students, without a lot of experience getting students to peak score levels. After only about 10 lessons, Julia went into the test feeling incredibly confident, and we are all celebrating her astonishing accomplishment which would not have been possible without Harveys help!

In my humble opinion, Harvey provides the highest quality, most comprehensive tutoring/counseling service available, at an extremely fair price. My assessment is based on having utilized a number of other services for my two older children, and having spent far more money with much less pleasing results. But with my youngest daughter, we were lucky enough to discover Harvey over the internet and so contracted his services. We were immediately impressed with Harveys skill as a teacher, as well as his broad knowledge about everything related to the admissions process. Always available to answer questions during the two years he worked with us, Harvey was instrumental in keeping our whole family calm and focused. His guidance relative to writing college essays was invaluable. In terms of results, with Harveys help Sonya achieved a near perfect 1570 on her SAT and getting accepted to Princeton was the cherry on the top.

My daughters experience appears to prove that Harveys website is not merely hyperbole, but an accurate reflection of his unique method. My daughter, a straight A student, was positively humiliated upon scoring only 26 on her June ACT. We found Harvey a bit late in the game, just prior to the September sitting. Harvey suggested we try to get a couple of lessons in before the test, because he said it was enough time to lay out his basic strategies. Nicole scored 31, up from 26, which was far more than we could have hoped for. And we still have Harveys unlimited lessons and a couple more tries to go even higher with his help.

I began working with Harvey during my junior year of high school when I was struggling to raise my SAT score. The College Wizard SAT rules are unlike anything I had ever seen, and I was able to raise my score from 1270 to 1540, which was a game-changer in terms of my college prospects.

But Harvey's support went far beyond test prep. He helped me with my Common App essay, which I was able to complete in just three days thanks to his guidance and feedback. And during the summer before my senior year, Harvey challenged me to take my passions to the next level. In just one month, I was able to build two businesses, become a published author, and even host experts on my podcast.

Thanks to Harvey's guidance and support, I was accepted into some of the top universities in the country, including UPenn, Columbia, Dartmouth, and Duke. I truly believe that I would not have achieved this level of success without Harvey's expertise and mentorship.
