I have cancelled my daughter's classes and sent the filled form twice. Not received any response. My emails are unanswered. I called Vijay Naidu ( who originally emailed me), but he doesn't pick up. I expect professionalism. In absence of good customer service, be rest assured you will be wiped out soon.

We are trying to cancel and get the refund.its been headache from last 10 days with no proper response and the number provided is not reachable. The person whom we are working despite asking multiple times to call us is not answering nor replying to the email. When it comes to enrolling for a class, cuemath will call N number of times within a day but when cancelling its out of the scope for them. Terrible service.

Cuemath is doing big Fraud after taking full fees for offline classes of my daughter they are refusing ton provide books.There sales person confirmed that thay will now they are saying give us the proof. Totally fraud is going on

I had written lot of mails and tried contacting your customer care number which goes not reachable.
There is no revert from the team at all.
I have paid for 18 months and now the time availability doesnt match with the tutor. Cuemath team doesnt revert on the refund part neither do they acknowledge the mails sent. The customer care number shows invalid number

Re-check the prices, when you are increasing. None of the industry is increasing pay/salaries, like you guys are increasing plan costs. Give the options to customers, who are in the older plans. Indirectly, you guys are forcing customers to move to new plans (added new features. + plans) and pay the amount.

People of cuemath don't have ethics. They commit something and later they change their words and suffer parents like anything.I am the victim of that.I strongly recommend not to fall on their traps and suffer later like me.

We're grateful for the invaluable Cuemath Classes. Tanish's math proficiency has flourished, and he now finds joy in the subject. Ms. Ranjana Mishra's teaching style is truly praiseworthy, igniting Tanish's enthusiasm for math like never before.

I canceled classes after 1.5 years of Cuemath to get my child more F2F sessions locally. Refund was promised for the classes not taken but has not come through. I last submitted refund details per their ask on Feb 28 and have followed up over emails several times. Every time, a case gets raised and a ticket number provided and within a week its closed out. The person that was in touch with me no longer responds. I hope this is not a scam.

Cuemath lets you only skip 3 questions, and I think that's not efficient at all. My children struggle to work on a problem that's way too difficult for them. I think this needs to be fixed fast. Cuemath is way too hard on my children, sorry to say.

Curmaths management cheats the parents.
While you enroll your ward they will asssure you that whwenever we want we can discontinue the classes and we will get the refund for the remaining amount.
But the catch is they will never give back your money, they will give a virtual card that can be used for online retail shopping that too from US.
They are fooling everyone don't fall in their trap on the name of refund.

This thing is messed up. First the teachers are extremely rude. Second they will not cancel the remaining classes. Third there are frequent mishaps in their so called 'system' + they then blame it on the students that their is some problem from their end when really, its their terrible website's problem. I have probably a lot more points but for now just take care. Dont attend this nonsense website class. The entire thing is a waste of money.

Login process took over 30 mins. Not at all user friendly. Username came on WhatsApp in bold black and some numbers in blue. Not telling you needed to input both. The they could not hear us. Was to get 1 hour free only got less than 30 mins. Lag on the line from India.
He had to ring mobile phone via WhatsApp and also logged on to laptop. My daughter said class was OK only OK. If you had to pay for that you would have got zero value for money. Overall very poor.

I totally agree with the reviews that teachers don't show up. And neither can you access the lessons until they are unlocked. They just get the sheet solved and don't explain to the child the concept. They assured it will be 1:1 class and 2 months post the enrollment said they had policy change and now it's a group class, where children of different grades will be addressed at once. It's a scam to benefit from parents insecurity that they are providing the best to their kids. They won't give you anything in writing. If you send email on their customer care they will give you a call back and never email you anything concrete

I paid cuemath $6000 for 3 kids and have never heard back from them since. When they wanted me to enroll my kids, they called me 28 times in a day, that is crazy.

I have tried calling them multiple times in a day, but still haven't heard back from them. It's been almost a month now.

I really would like to alert? All the parents who are planning to enroll their children, to be very careful of this scam. For me it is a scam, because I still haven't heard back nor got money back.

It's better to find a teacher online who charges you monthly or search someone local.

Don't fall for this.

Cuemath has horrible customer service, and they won't allow us to cancel our remaining classes which is such a scam. The teachers are rude, and disrespectful, and they don't teach well. My daughter said that they teach too fast and despite multiple times of her telling them to either slow down, they don't. Please don't ever waste your money on cuemath because they will loop you in and scam you.

We have registered for my kid for cuemath 9 months back for 1 year package for $1000. Once we registered and after few classes their response is worst. I have sent an multiple emails to *******@cuemath.com and they did not even respond to our query. I would suggest US people do not register with cue math and you will not see much improvement with Student.
