I got what I paid for. Not to say I dont love the bike, but I guess I just expected too much out of it. Would recommend for someone just starting out though. Its a good bike to build off of if you look forward to upgrading in the future.

Friendly and competent staff

Gonzo helped me all the way through from selection to delivery, to fixing my address.
The only thing I took off a star for was the Chat program doesn't have a send button. Sometimes Return means Send and sometimes it means Return, but really hard to tell what it's going to do.

Great products at a low price, there is no better place online. The wax seems to be in good condition and was responsible price for 200g. Volcom socks felt great and look forward to using them this winter

I got exactly what I wanted at a great price and it was shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the information on their website was a bit lacking. I ended up chatting with a customer service rep who got enough of the info right that I went ahead and placed the order. The product ended up including one part that wasn't listed in the description and I ended up purchasing another of that part since I didn't realize it was included. Overall, a fairly good experience but could use improvement.

Nice duffel

Very roomy. What I particularly like are the organizer pockets - interior zip mesh pocket in the side pocket and the lid, large interior zip pocket in the main compartment. I like that the adjustable straps can be short enough to carry in your hand, or extended to throw over your shoulder easily. I was looking forward to being able to wear the bag over both shoulders like a backpack but it was not as comfortable as I had hoped when loaded down with gear. Still, it was functional and did the job. Best yet, I like the understated look (in black) so I can use it for outdoor adventures or as a weekend bag.

Bought a custom-built "Fat Bike" and was impressed by the speed of delivery and also the overall quality of the bike. However, one of the cables was not routed correctly and I had to take this to a local shop to fix which was inconvenient, but not the worst thing. The House was very supportive in getting this fixed and reimbursed for the cost of the cable re-routing. I would definitely recommend them for someone interested in a mountain bike with premium components at a very attractive price.

Ski Bag

Ordered a ski bag identified at "padded with pockets" but it was not padded or with pockets. The bag was a large ski bag and practical and I decided to keep it after getting an additional $20 off. Item not as advertised but resolution acceptable.

My first Forged brand bike from The House arrived with a bent front fork, unable to install the front wheel or use the bike. This was after they took a week to ship the bike. However, after calling them about the bent fork, they sent out a new fork right away without much hassle. As long as the new fork is good, I will be satisfied enough.

Good website, stumbled accross The House look for snowboard pants and found a killer deal. Search function is clunky however, slow to reload after changing search parameters and search options are incomplete. But i got a great deal and it showed up quick so im stoked.

My new one stop shop

Just moved to the Midwest from the west coast and needed a new closer shop to pick up all my goodies.
After a little research I decided to go with the house, and Man am I one stoked dude

I love my new laptop bag. I was finally able to find something that meets my style and not boring black or grey. I wish it had a little more padding at the bottom of the bag and back of it to really support and protect my laptop. Overall, the bag is perfect.

These shoes are great! They are so sleek and stylish. They go with everything, casual or dressy. I wear them with jeans, shorts and also dresses. I love the heel height in them- not too high and they fit perfectly!

My first time buying ski gear for my high school boys, who are advanced skiers. Their father always took care of it. Quite the education involved with the purchases. But, the House sales department patiently counseled me into the appropriate gear. Quality gear for an affordable price. And the boys LOVE their gear too!

I put in the correct shipping information on the website when placing the order, but the shipping confirmation did not contain the full address information I put on the order. I had to chase the delivery guy down to prove it was supposed to come here. When contacting customer service TWICE in the days before the shipment was out for delivery, I received NO response. Still haven't. Haven't even opened the package the bike came in yet, so I don't even have an answer for the product itself.

I purchased a parka for my husband for Xmas. The House was the ONLY site I could find that had his size AND the price was better than on competing sites! I had never heard of The House before, but found it through google shopping. I was a little nervous, but in the end I was pleasantly surprised! The package was delivered on time, the parka was perfect, and the service has been great. I will definitely check this site for any future purchases!

Terrible company
December 30, 2022

Ordered our son a snowboard for Christmas, we never got it. You will have to sit on hold for 45 min before you speak to anyone when calling the company. I've done it 4 times. When we finally got ahold of someone they told us it was sold out and basically we were out of luck. 4 days before Christmas we had to spend hundreds somewhere else, it's now 5 days after Christmas and we still have not been reimbursed from the house. Frustrated is an understatement

The customer service did a really good job on helping me pick snowboards and accessories. It was a fast and easy process using the live chat. The products looks exactly like the pictures online but the only thing was that when I had received the products the front side of the board was scratched up a lot and there were a few obvious ones. But the prices on the websites were cheap and well. The board was like that probably because I bought a cheap one, after all you get what you pay for. In general they had low prices and good service. Arrived earlier than I though it would come and they even had free stuff.
