Fantastic

Very easy to use and order what I needed. Though I wish more people would do reviews on some of the products. But everything went very smoothly and without problems. My order was placed and shipped very fast, and was delivered on time. This is the 2nd order I've placed with the house and I will most likely keep returning to get more stuff. Thanks to everyone who makes this happen on a daily basis.

Poor Shipping

I ordered a snowboard last year and it has been delayed for nearly 5 months at this point. Really shoddy service even if the prices are good. I would be more understanding if they gave an actual accurate estimate on the delivery date but they just keep pushing it back for months at a time which I think it unacceptable.

I started receiving individual components every other month at first but the board itself has still not arrived and every time it comes to the shipping day, they just move it back another month.

I would give them 2 stars because the prices are good but their website has a page of what seem like fake reviews because as hard as I tried I couldn't find a way to actually leave one. Their A+ grade with the BB should be downgraded.

Speedy!

My board came right on time, i havent looked at it yet because im waiting for my birthday in a couple days to look at it but im beyond excited! I ordered a pair of bindings last year for my boyfriend & those came perfectly on time as well!

All my orders from the house were great products. I had very helpful sales representatives which made he shopping experience even better. Used my all of my gear for the first time yesterday and no complaints! Highly recommend this site and will be shopping here for all my snowboard needs.

Great Customer Service

Item arrived on time with easy tracking provided, however the size was wrong and after short conversation with the Customer Service it was handled and small item was sent back and within few days new and correctly sized item arrived. Paid small fee for return shipping label but it was much cheaper than paying for return shipping on my own.

Love everything I've ever purchased, and the customer service is top notch! Only had one issue in the 15 or soorders I've placed, and the folks bent over backwards to make it right (and quick too!). All of mine and my 3 kids snowboard gear get grabbed at The House.com (Neff said!)

Great products and great deals

I have really enjoyed finding The House and shopping with them and made multiple orders now with success. I love the sales and coupons and I am a bargain shopper so I like to wait till the deal is right and I feel confident I'll find it here and will be back. The only downfall is to not pay for expedited shipping as my 2day shipping turned into 7days and paid extra for it but their regular shipping got other packages here in the same turnaround so stick with that. Overall everything about the products has been great and shipped with care!

Excellent experience

Electric EGX Goggles
March 18, 2018

Ive ridden 5 times with the EGX, so far they are amazing. Have not had them go foggy on me, the black lense is perfect for when the sun comes out, although its rare on the east, and the green lense works great during low light/ overcast/ snowy days. 10/10 especially for the lower price point. Thanks Electric for the outstanding product.

Love my Burton bag!

I ordered 2 of the Burton bags. One was a gift for my daughter. It arrived quickly and I was very pleased with the construction. I love all of the compartments. I am using it this weekend and it was a dream to pack. It is was really nice to be able to close my suitcase without sitting on it! I can fit 2 weeks worth of clothes in it easily.

Fast and accurate

I received my boots on time and they were exactly as I expected. Saved $30 over amazon for the same boots. I was delighted at their customer service on the two occasions I called about the product and shipping.

I placed my order on line and used the online chat to help determine what I needed. I typed back-and-forth several times because I was unfamiliar with the equipment I was trying to order. I then got referred to call customer service on the phone and they were able to put together a terrific package for me at a great price.

Love your bikes

Tired of buying new bikes from walmart every year for my boys, ordered 2 bikes from your site and love them. They are sturdy and don't break. The boys love to do jumps and tricks and just be typical boys. The bikes have held up well!

Purchased this for my son 3 months ago, approx. 2 months in we noticed the paint was micro delaminating and surface rust (pitting) taking place. Now 3 months in to our purchase the bike is heavily pitted with rust taking away from the aesthetic of the anodized rainbow paint job. I contacted "The House" and explained the issue, an agent "Jordan" told me this was normal and anyone who knows BMX bikes recognizes this. He also stated that kids prefer this look and will purposely make it happen, its a preferred look. This is not a preferred look for us, we expected a finish paint job that would last longer than 3 months. Horrible product and worse customer service, stay away, purchase a HARO, we have one that is 10 years old and maintaining it's finish. My 13 year old saved and saved for this purchase only to be told - TOO BAD!

Perfect gift

Skis were pretty much what were expected, no surprises. But I'm sorry to see that I didn't receive any of my free gifts. Not that it makes that much of a difference since it's just a perk of ordering through The House, but it was a bummer. That also was the same for some Marker bindings I additionally ordered through The House.

Skis

Always reliable and excellent quality! Love my skis a lot! The performance of my two pairs of skis didn't surprise me but at the same time didn't disappoint me at all. I find it responsive and enjoyable at a moderate speed. Light and nimble, easy to turn in most spots. Thinking to step on a snowboard one day)) and definitely will buy it here!

Overall, the pullover is nice--good materials and I liked the color. However, the collar of the pullover is weirdly short, so it doesn't really fold over like a normal collar and just kind of sticks up. I'm planning on mostly wearing this as a baselayer for skiing, so it's not a big deal, but if I wanted to wear it out as a shirt, it might look kind of weird.

One concern

I received my order on time and complete. I wasn't going to say anything, but the bike did have some dings in it and the decals were scuffed up. Also, the crank arms keep coming lose. I do appreciate you guys, you're great.
