DO NOT BUY! Terrible customer service. Paid extra for fast shipping because I needed a board quick for a ski trip with my wife. I realized they didn't even ship it. Called them and had me waiting for 20 min to tell me they were going to investigate. Later I sent them an email asking them to overnight the package and they didn't even answer. Needless, to say my wife was left without a snowboard for our ski trip.
I should've done my research and checked yelp before ordering from this company. Their customer service is POOR. I can understand that errors can happen, but a good company would try to make it up to the customer.
