Can't be easier. Input the codes for the books you have, review the offers, select the ones you want to accept, box the books up, print a label, drop off at FedEx pick up location, get your tracking number and wait for your PayPal deposit in a few days!
One of my books apparently has water damage that I didn't notice. I did not see anywhere that said they wouldn't return the book back to me. So. I paid $60 for a book that they get to keep for free. I tried emailing them asking why nothing said that prior to sending the books and I have not heard back from them and it's been a week. If they can't use a book, they need to send it back to the person that paid for it.
I sent in 7 of my books. One apparently has water damaged that I didn't notice before sending it. I found out they will not send me my book back and I will not be getting any money for it. I paid $50 for the book and now I get nothing while they get a free book.

The tracking states: "We were unable to deliver your package at 10:56 am on September 7,2024 in HILLSDALE, MI 49242 because the business was closed. We will redeliver on the next business day. No action needed." You placed an order with us that shipped from one of our alternate facilities. Those facilities can take 7-12 business days.
