Can't be easier. Input the codes for the books you have, review the offers, select the ones you want to accept, box the books up, print a label, drop off at FedEx pick up location, get your tracking number and wait for your PayPal deposit in a few days!
One of my books apparently has water damage that I didn't notice. I did not see anywhere that said they wouldn't return the book back to me. So. I paid $60 for a book that they get to keep for free. I tried emailing them asking why nothing said that prior to sending the books and I have not heard back from them and it's been a week. If they can't use a book, they need to send it back to the person that paid for it.
I sent in 7 of my books. One apparently has water damaged that I didn't notice before sending it. I found out they will not send me my book back and I will not be getting any money for it. I paid $50 for the book and now I get nothing while they get a free book.
Answer: My main complaint with this company is that they agreed to take my returns/trade-ins that were brand new books, but then later they said the (new!) books were unacceptable and refused to say why. They sent them back to me and I sold them to another company, who gave me no trouble or shady answers. I would suggest Amazon student- they deliver exactly what that say, and are fair about returns and trade-ins.

I reviewed your order and it shows it was attempted to be delivered on the 7th. The tracking states: "We were unable to deliver your package at 10:56 am on September 7,2024 in HILLSDALE, MI 49242 because the business was closed. We will redeliver on the next business day. No action needed." You placed an order with us that shipped from one of our alternate facilities. Those facilities can take 7-12 business days. Please let us know if we can do anything else to help with your order.
