Website response is bad and hence it took multiple orders. After I submitted the order, website was hung for an hour or more. At this time, I was not sure the order was taken or not. There was no email confirmation as well.
So I placed an order again after an hour or so. I now have 2 copies of the same book. I have to go return the book at my cost which does not make sense.

Couldn't purchase as a guest. Places my order 10 days ago and it's still at step 1 of 4 a not even close to shipping yet. Horrible.
I didn't see any pictures of the real book or have a description of its condition.
But when it arrived the book was better than the Acceptable it was listed as!

The whole process was very smooth and quick. The instructions were simple and I was sent a check for the full amount quoted to me.
