Seamless transaction between selling my two textbooks. Great communication when they received my books. Payment for the exact quoted amount was sent to me quickly. I would buy and sell textbooks with them in the future.

The site allowed me to purchase a book and it took more than a week before they notified me that theY could not fulfill it. Still waiting to see if they charge my card. It is pending.

These folks run an honest organization, it's a worry free transaction every time.

Bank denied charge and company refused to run card again. No response via messages nor email. Went to Amazon and got the same books at half the price.

I have sold books through here several times. They have always been quick to pay.

Selling textbooks is always a struggle because no one purchases them for anywhere close to the price you bought them. It's kinda ridiculous being a broke college student and paying hundreds of dollars for textbooks and only receiving a small percentage back (textbooks you rarely use too!). I don't understand why companies are not willing to buy textbooks from students at a reasonable price. For example, I purchased a brand new biology textbook for over $80 and I never used it. I got $20 for that textbook from this company. It's better than nothing and what other companies are offering to purchase it for but it's still not great.

Very easy and smooth. I shipped my two calculus textbooks and they sent the promised amount thru paypal the day the books were checked in. Very happy.

The website would not load correctly and then did not give me a shipping option. After trying to refresh it for awhile, it finally worked. Even though I still did not have a shipping option, I pressed continue anyway and it seemed to go through okay.

Initially I was skeptical of the website due to it looking shady, but I got my book and it was in good shape. They do however charge a dollar before they send the book which caused me to be concerned. However after a quick email to them, they said the extra dollar was just to make sure the purchase goes through and after they send the book the exrtra dollar would be refunded which it was.

I had some books on counterfeit hold and never heard another word about them - I don't send any books to you that have high counterfeit rates anymore even if I am positive they are legit.

Love using TextBookRush for nursing school books. They always have the books I need.

Unfortunately the items shipping process is over the timeframe stated. As of today, the postal service still has not received the item. It has already been over 14 days.
