This may sound funny to many of you but canned green beans for a steak restaurant! They were doctored up but fresh greens would have made this review 4 stars. I was shocked. Plus my prime rib had no flavor. I needed to add salt and pepper to the au jus for any flavor. Service was great.
There was a couple next to us tonight having dinner. There was a lot of fat on his steak the bartender ask how it was he told her. The manager came over and talked to them. She did nothing they come here all the time they said. What the hell is wrong with this world. But yet the girls on the other side of the bar gets a coupon for something. It's not right! We won't be back
Very frustrating I was sat at a table with food all under my table silverware was very dirty rolls were hard and cold. This is a new location off of highway 35 in Crowley, burleson, Fort Worth. I spoke with manager and asked why this facility does not compare to any other I have been in? New building why is it not clean while employees standing at the door talking? I ordered a Long Island with a shot and bartender sent a message through my server on the Texas liquor laws. The drink was watered down this whole facility needs some help with cleanliness and proper customer service.
BBQ sauce best in town. They don't have coleslaw on the menu, which is a must for this kind of cuisine. The service was so slow we waited 45 minutes for our food. It was just pulled pork and fries. Our waitress was really bad. She never came back to the table to ask us or tell us why it was such a long wait. The place was not full at the time we got there, only 4 tables in our area with couples. I watched as another couple sat down to a different waitress, and got their food before us. It was a HORRIBLE experience. I will give it 2 stars for the BBQ sauce and pulled pork.
I lov texas road house and my husband decided to take me for a nice birthdays dinner. The wait was long but due to pandemic understandable, They sat us down after 40 min waiting in parking lot to get a table. 15 min after sitting down we they took our drink order. 20 min later took our food order. Waitress never came back to refill our drinks nor check on us. about 45 later she comes to state they lost our order or got deleted and food was never cooked. The manager is rude no apology, just we can cook your order now. After being there for 3 hours no thank you, we had plans for the evening and was not going to wait another 30 min for food. Worst experience ever and I want to thank you Texas Roadhouse for ruining my birthday dinner.
I really like first impressions, this is my first time visiting this area(State) and I loved these restaurants as I travel. But this one in particular needs some serious work! Came with a party of nine, it took 11/2 hours for my party to be seated, and there were visible tables. I wish those well who don't mind this type of unacceptable management, but my Texas Roadhouse visits have come to an end. This is terrible.!
One thing after another. Waitress was overwhelmed due to a large party. They break up service between multiple people and one doesnt know what the other is doing. Never brought salads out before meal. Then when they did they kept food warm and brought it out to us again instead of remaking it. Forgot side orders. Tables and menus where sticky. Food was ok at best. Prime rib was fatty. And food was barely warm. Definitely NOT worth the wait it money.
I would rate them a -5 if I could. My grand daughter is a current employee who was hurt on the job and they have harassed her every day to come back to work even though she is in excruciating pain. They call her on a daily basis asking her to come in an hour before they want her to work. She has been treated horribly in spite of letting them know she is in terrible pain. What is wrong with these managers treating her like that? Where is compassion toward an injured worker. I will never frequent Texas Road House again and neither will any of my family members.
How can these people live with their selves?
After waiting to get in. Finally did. My country fried steak was terrible. Messy presentation of food. Gravy all over the side of the plate. The sides were not even tasty. Had to wait on my beverage from bar, because it was just forgotten. Overall very disappointing
Was very disappointing the service we received, even after repeating ourselves multiple times our orders for our party of 6 was incorrect. My husband never got his drink. I asked for a manager and one came out 30 minutes later. Then his drink was still another 15 minutes. My food came out cold on a hot plate. Couldn't touch the plate it was so hot, but the food was completely COLD. Sent it back and they still tried to charge me. I again asked for a manager and still was on my bill. I said I wSnt paying for cold food I didn't eat and instead of taking it off I was given a discount. I call bs on that.the food was not good and it really ruined celebrating my daughters 21st bday. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE AND THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD. My husband steak was $30.00 and mostly gristle. Where's the meat in your steaks road house, do better!
I can't believe some of the negative things written, honestly. My coworkers and I went out last night, had Alexis our waitress, she was awesome, the service was awesome! Over tip our wait staff! Y'all got them stimis, let's help out our home town restaurants before we lose them! Go out to eat, be patient, be humble. If you think service is slow, you are welcome to fill out an app!
Today went to Texas Roadhouse. We registered online was supposed to be 20 minute wait. Turned into 60 minutes. They skipped our registration until I showed them the email that we registered. After getting seated took another hour to get our food. The food was cold and the ketchup at the table was expired. We won't be back ever!
Something popped up saying send this to 20 ppl and get 2 free entrées once I did it came back to the site it popped up saying continuing to the blue line is finished well that's not what it said at first even asked me to do 40 people I still was only at 65%. This was a bunch of crock and I truly love Texas roadhouse, but don't put these type of gimmicks out and they really don't work I was already for me and my husband to go have dinner but like I said after I put 40 friends in and I was only at 65% I got a little bit irritated and said forget it
This is a great place to eat there's one right outside of Philly on 309. I like how you can choose your steak when you walk in. The wait is usually never too long and the food is delicious! This place is also relatively cheap, much cheaper than outback.
You don't accommodate seating more than the eight and if you do you put them elsewhere away from their own family. What a joke …people come out to have dinner with their family they should be accommodated, even if it Has to be by reservation so you lost business of 12 people.
Sitting here at Texas Roadhouse and have been here for over 30 minutes waiting along with many others. Tables are open all over the restaurant but many people are standing and waiting. They just called us back and I asked to be accommodated at a back booth due to my handicapped sibling having problems eating and we were in the middle of the restaurant. I was told no that they didn't have enough servers - yet there were customers on the booths right next to the booth I asked about. What a joke!
The restaurant was filthy. The floors had not been swept …. Menu's we're sticky…. Staff really not very pleasant. Outside there were tons of cigarettes and other pieces of small trash. I would never, ever refer anyone to The Roadhouse Steakhouse!
Placed an order online when we got there they gave us a time online that it will be ready at 4:45. We got there. We still have to wait other customers we're coming up there and getting their order me and three other customers were sitting waiting the guy handed us our food out of the takeout window and said we're just waiting on bread. We waited for another five minutes and I decided to go inside because nobody ever came back to the takeout window, when I went inside, the guy was standing at the counter, talking to other coworkers asked to speak to the manager and all she can say is I'm sorry, so I food was cold when we got home because we were out there waiting. For him to come back with the rest of that order? Was so upset because we have spent $100 on cold $#*! food and this was the one in Live Oak never again bad customer service.
We were a party of 5 early on a Friday. We were at the methuen location. Our server came over full of pep! He was incredibly funny and efficient. You wouldn't have know he had other table to serve.
Bottom line, if you are ever in the methuen roadhouse ask to be seated in Lamont's section, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
Brittany Griffith, Flagstaff, AZ. In our 20+ year experience of visiting Texas Roadhouse across the country we only once or twice encountered an owner/partner as engaged as Brittany. She does it all - seats people, takes orders, delivers food & takes extremely good care of her regular customers.
Answer: Longhorn steakhouse - WAY better - the food is better, the menu choices better. People are great
The overall reputation of Texas Roadhouse is mixed, with customers frequently praising the taste of certain menu items and the attentiveness of some staff members. However, a significant number of reviews highlight persistent issues with food preparation, such as incorrect cooking levels and poor quality cuts, alongside service delays and inadequate management response to complaints. Problems with order accuracy and communication further contribute to customer dissatisfaction. While some locations demonstrate high-quality service, the inconsistency across various branches suggests a need for improved training and oversight to enhance the overall dining experience.
