Item was sent and I did received on the usual period of time for any shipping from an online store (arround 7 days). No problems here. The item, although was sold "on sale" but as as new, it has a defect. I did contact TECH EQUIPMENT DEPOT by e-mail requesting a RMA (pre-paid) label almost two days ago and I have not received an answer yet. Reading the return policy I notice that the policy requere, to start a RMA process, that the buyer that is requesting it only have 5 day (maximum) after the shiping day. The store do not report, automatically, - as most of the other online stores do- to the buyer the shiping, ETA or tracking numbers, unless the buyer send a e-mail requesting for such information. How can I know if the item is in good condition if it takes 7 days to be delivered. This policy left no reasonable time to evaluate an item purchased from TECH EQUIPMENT DEPOT. There is also another unusual thing on this store web site: the user can not find his own account number.To finish, and to be fair, this is the first time that I receive a defective item from TECH EQUIPMENT DEPOT.
