Test Equipment Depot

Ordered a set of Yellow Jacket gauge hoses. Authentic new parts in their original packaging at a VERY reasonable price. Already using them and they work well. Could have had a little better communications, but that goes BOTH ways. Hope to continue to make purchases from this company.

I have purchased several instruments and accessories from Test Equipment Depot and have found the combination of pricing and service to be excellent. As the need for any future purchases arises they will be the first place I go to look.

Used two day air and it took six days to arrive due to a mistake made by sender. They used my billing address as shipping address when I had clearly stated that it be shipped somewhere else. The package was out for delivery when the change was made which delayed the 2 day shipping to 6.

Wanted to purchase a $2 tip and the cheapest shipping is ups for $10 which is outrageous. Then I see on the checkout page that it asks if I am able to accept usps shipments, which I am. But nowhere is it an option.

I decided to contact them and ask about it. Only to find out that the contact page is littered with over a dozen fields that must be entered. What a mess over a $2 item.

I had not even known that this tool existed. Once I did, I did a quick search and found out that they were available here and ordered them. The process was easy and they were delivered in a timely manner.

I received my Fluke 1587 from test depot in 2 days. The multimeter works wells. The Customer service was phenomenal. I recommend you visiting their site to purchase test equipment.

I ordered this unit on Friday, October 16th in late afternoon. It arrived, very well packaged, on Wednesday, October 21st. The manufacturer's package was in perfect condition. With one of the lowest prices I found, securely packaged and very fast shipping; what more could you ask for. This was my ninth order with them and each one went smoothly. My only complaint is that when an item is out-of-stock, on back order, their web site does not always say so.

This is an update to a previous review. I'm the facility manager at a church with about 75,000 sq. Ft. Of space spread across 6 buildings. The first buildings were built back in the early 60's and the last one in 2003. Needless to say there have been countless modifications to the irrigation systems over time, Of the 48 or so valves around our campus we have managed to loss track of 10! We don't have as-built's and are getting ready to do some upgrades so it was important to find the "missing" valves. Following the instructions I was able to re-find all 10 valves in about 6 hours. None were deeper then a foot to 18", but the Pro300 allowed me to trace wires and locate all the valves. It saved me a great deal of time and I think it was worth every penny I paid for it,
