Made two orders recently. First required signature, and company had disallowed the option of the customer changing FedEx shipping instructions (I've never encountered this before), so I had to contact them and request that the package be rerouted to a FedEx site. Person I spoke to said she would do so and email me confirmation. Change had not happened by near the end of the day before the package was due to arrive, so I called again and another person answered and he ensured me that the change would occur. In contrast to the first person, this representative seemed to genuinely care that my needs were met.
When I got a notification from FedEx that the second item was in transit, I called the company again to confirm that the package would not require a signature. The person who answered confirmed that it didn't, but she was quite brusque, leaving the impression that she considered my question to be an annoyance.
I received my Weller Iron tip with heating element, and it is a great product. I also had a great customer service experience. The customer service was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I highly recommend Test Equipment Depot.
We paid for overnight shipping and product didn't arrive until 2 business days later. It was pointless to pay the additional money for overnight when it wasn't fulfilled as promised. This caused our job to be delayed and additional day and pushed a other milestones back. It caused a problem.
I paid for overnight shipping but it was not available for overnight shipping so the checkout place should say that the item selected isnt available for overnight shipping, but the product overall was in excellent condition
Never received after you said was delivered. Your company trust will never ever come out of my company mouth. Your company just does not care.

Not 5 stars because items identified as being in stock on the website were found as not in stock after order was placed. However, the customer service was very quick to notify and accommodate.
Received my order in a timely manner with all four items as expected. My order was to be shipped FDX GND but arrived via First Class mail. I was charged $13.66 and the package only weighed a few ounces at best. Most expensive first class mail ever received. Like the fast and accurate service but not the over priced shipping fee.
Of the many great Weller soldering guns & irons/stations I own, the one that seems to work best for nearly every application (except p/c boards where low wattage irons are typically best) is this light weight/small sized 140/100 watt fast heating "orange wonder" as I call it (the model 9400PKS). I already owned one, but I bought 2 more (along with some spare tips) for future use in the event this one ever fails (as I believe my soldering abilities would be somewhat handicapped without it). After getting used to this beauty, the bigger guns seem "clunky/awkward" & unnecessarily large as well as heavy! Test Equipment Depot had the best price I could find & I received these new soldering guns quickly & well packed!
Gives accurate readings. Very easy to use and got for a good price. These gauges are very nice to have and are a good thing to look into if wanting to make the change and these were a good change in my opinion

I am a customer at ASOS for a long time. And unfortunately, I'm done with this company after they never figure out with my refund on $450-600. That's a lot of money for me. I dropped my three packages more than a month ago. They never receive my packages therefore no refund for me because I don't gave proof of postage. They couldn't even provide me with a USPS tracking number that they usually send with the order. With that said, if you just drop your package without a proof of postage, you are losing you money. You are responsible for that and they will not help you with that and it us no matter how much you spend over there!
The equipment came in good but the handling by ups was not very good. I recieved the box upside down and opened. I checked it out to make sure it was all there and it was just some of the vacuum pump oil came out. Otherwise everything is alright.
This multimeter is exactly what I was looking for it does everything I need in testing electrical problems price was great. Shipping was fast. Brand new in package would recommend this multimeter to anyone looking for a nice multimeter. Would buy from this company again
I ordered this unit on Friday, October 23rd. Then, on Tuesday, October 27th they call me because they can not send it on Monday but on Wednesday only. I received the unit on Friday, October 30 well packaged, with Test Report and Manual. The unit works fine.

I can see almost what I need related to HVACR tools here. Price is ready whenever I need together with technical documents. It will be perfect if delivery time can be better and it's equipped with Order Status bar where customer can check status of their order after confirmation.

Just liek the name suggests, all of the equipements fromt he store have been tested thoroughly. Everything I have ever bought has always worked perfectly and with precission. It is a good store and the website is easy to navigate. You will not have any trouble making an order.
