Don't ever order from Terry's Florist because you don't get what's on the picture on their web page. I ordered something for $69.99 for my sister's 70th birthday and it was about half, if that, of what I ordered and it wasn't even the same arrangement. I give them a zero star rating only put one star so it would go through
Do not use Terry's Florist! They NEVER delivered my funeral arrangement that was to be at the alter with the urn. I was told they were delivered and when I told the lady I was standing in the church and they weren't there she was extremely rude. Would never return my calls or emails after that. I had to file a complaint with my credit card to get reimbursed. Total SCAM!
Don't order from this place! Emailed them and they sent me a substitution clause! Really! Couldn't even substitute close to color scheme!
I didn't even want to give it one star, because it's that terrible. Don't waste your money here. My friends father passed away and they claimed to have same day delivery. It's now been two days and I've had to call 3 times for an update. I've been on hold for over an hour combined today just trying to get an answer. This is truly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If you're looking for a reliable same day florist, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Ordered a specific arrangement that was on their website, I didn't create it. Tropical and with a bamboo planter, both of those very significant to my friend who just lost her husband. What they delivered has absolutely nothing to do with what I ordered. They sent me their policy doc which says they can substitute. Substitute is you ran out of orange roses so you added yellow. The 2 arrangements had nothing in common. Haven't returned a call to me so I called VISA and will be filing a claim against them. DON'T use this florist EVER. For $130, I expected more.
I recently ordered a peace plant from Terry's. It was to be delivered to Paxton, Ma. The delivery person had a phone # to reach out to the recipient. The recipient was never called and the plant was left on a truck in the driveway. The temperature that day in Paxton was 34 degrees. By the time the recipient returned home the plant was frozen. I called the florist 2x and got no call back.
I purchased flowers for my wife to be delivered same day. When I called at 6 pm they said they were dropped off at 5pm... we never received anything... they said they would call me back to see the status of my order and never called. I asked for a refund and they refused. Take your business elsewhere. A complete rip off.
Terry's Florist, on their website, they have lots of arrangements, that says, available today, I order flower, the visa transaction was completed, and seconds later they emailed and said that they didn't have the flowers and would have to wait for a refund of my money in 3 to 5 days. I called to see if there were different flowers I could get. They said that they didn't have any other choices I would have to wait for a refund. Wrecked our special occasion. Also, their website shows a 5 stars rating, that's a joke.
I ordered flowers for a friends retirement. I ordered up so they would be really nice. She sent me a picture and I was so embarrassed. I paid $60 for a snatch of flowers, plus $14.99 'processing fee' (plus tax of course)... but got delivery free... really? Their guarantee reads they want you to be happy... don't buy that. I received a reply with an attachment about their 'substitution policy'. I"m not upset about the 'substitution', I'm upset about the size of the flower arrangement. It's very sad.

I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter. Salesman convinced me to pay premium price to get eight roses instead of three. He also did not tell me there was a $12 process fee. When came only three roses. Customer service said it's their policy to substitute. They overcharged me.
I ordered my Mom and stepfather a bouquet of flowers because his mother passed away and the website said order before 2pm and ur flowers will be delivered that same day which I ordered around 11am but no that was not the case at all! First of all Leigh, the woman who took my order had my name spelled wrong on the gift card and also did not have my parents last name spelled right for delivery, and then an hour after I ordered the bouquet I received a call from them saying that they didn't have any of the flowers for my bouquet and that there delivery truck was going to have them there in the evening so they wouldn't be able to deliver them until the next morning around 9am which again that didn't happen. So after 9am I called them and the girl I spoke with was rude and didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing and told me that they would call me back within 5 to 10 minutes, never received a call from no one. I called an hour after that and they were ignoring my calls up until I used my son's phone to call them and that's when I finally got an answer from them saying that she couldn't get ahold of the delivery driver but he should be there shortly. My mother finally received her flowers around 12:30pm and to top it off they were the wrong bouquet of flowers, I contacted the florist and none of them I spoke with seemed to give a damn about any of these issues I had with this place. Pretty terrible experience I had with these people and will never ever order from them again. Would not recommend this florist to anyone not even my worse enemy I feel like they should have at least refunded me half of the$73 I spent for that nonsense!
Don't order from these people. They don't have the arrangements pictured on the website. Other florists which don't have and can't provide them are used to fill the orders. I have a picture of the order, what was received, the card with misspelled name (which I spelled for them). The arrangement I ordered listed the specific flower which were in it & is why I chose it. The basket used was no comparison in quality to what was shown in the ordered arrangement. It was very cheap looking. Oh, yes, do you think the bow I asked to be added was worth the $20 extra I was charged. I could have made one myself that looked that good. I can't provide proof of purchase because after 3 request for an emailed copy of my receipt which they were supposed to send, they never sent it. I was very embarrassed by what was sent. I wanted the beautiful living plants I ordered so that these parents would have something to live on from the day their son was buried. They were colorful and bright, but there was very little of that color in what was received. The plants substituted weren't of an equal value.
I wish I had investigated this company before ordering. The flowers were not delivered and they have refused a refund to my account. I have had to put a formal complaint with my credit card company. Stay away. Very frustrating. Scam company. Would not even give 1 star but had no choice
My grandma had surgery today so my family and I ordered flowers so she would have something pretty to look at when she got home. Instead of the beautiful bouquet on the website, the sad excuse for a floral arrangement in the photo below is what they deemed an appropriate substitution. I am NOT giving this to my grandma--I think this pitiful arrangement Terry's Florist delivered would actually make her feel worse. I understand arrangements never look exactly like the photo but come on. My mom filed a complaint to try and get her money back and the lady said this:

BEYOND UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. Their website of course says they are a 5-star business but I will be sure to do outside research before purchasing anything online from now on.
I am terribly disappointed. What I ordered off the website was a lovely arrangement of baby pink roses, alstroemeria and lavender in a short square vase. What was actually delivered for my not yet one year old niece's baptism day: an arrangement of hot pink and yellow in a tall vase with lots of greenery. Email response to my multiple calls and emails was that this was an acceptable substitution. Acceptable to whom? Certainly not to me! I never approved a substitution and am beyond frustrated that I'm being charged $80 for this grocery store bouquet. I am disputing with my credit card company. Save yourself the trouble- order from someone else!
I called the number on the website to order flowers, they immediately asked me if I wanted to upgrade I said no. I told them what I wanted, then there was a loud buzz and the call was disconnected. It popped up on my phone that this is an International scam call and it was blocked! Do not deal with this company!
I ordered flowers and when they arrived they did not match the picture provided online. I contacted Terrys florist and was told the following: we reviewed your pictures provided and per out policy this order is correct. Their policy says they can provide any substitutions they wish. Do not use this online flower service. See the images and you decide if this was complete.
We ordered an arrangement via this company, only to have something delivered that was not what I ordered, and no where even remotely comparable to what I was supposed to receive. When contacted, they put up a stone wall. I could've gotten what they sent at Publix or Kroger's for 14.99... yet we paid $80.00.
