Tenso

This is my 10th use of Tenso proxy services for Japan buying. Really easy to use, good English explanation, easy follow-up. As we have the choose between different shipping/delivery company (with tracking, insurance or no) –– there are no delivery issue related to Tenso.com. The far is really correct (not expensive related to some other proxy). We could group different being and in the difference between some other service, they repackage all to get the more efficient shipment. So I'm really satisfied with the Tenso service!

Tenso is the worst thing ever; the shipping is expensive, package never arrives, and doesn't give refunds. I ordered from tenso and I had to choose the most expensive shipping method because the other shipping methods could not mail my small package for some stupid reason. It was supposed to take 3-5 days but it has been 2 months and the package has never arrived. I contacted them and they made me contact so many places that killed my time, then they asked for proof that I have actually bought the item. WOW suspecting their customers. When I showed them proof they said that they have asked for investigation and they will pay back the refund ''depending on the results'' in around a month or so. It was already OVER a month and there is no results. I try contacting them but they wont answer. They stole my money and scammed me! Honestly, just buy a ticked to Japan and buy your things there. Dont use tenso they are terrible, erode, non-responsive, stupid, and obscure.
