First order was ok. Second order, no good. First problem was luminescent rocks. I ordered a small quantity to see if I liked them. Yes, so I ordered a large quantity. Thr rocks were so small they we're almost dust. Size differences we're not mentioned. A few other items either did not work, did not have instructions. Quality was very poor. I contacted BBB. Temu denied I was a customer.

I called customer service like 7 times I have ordered from this company before and never had issues this 3 times I ordered and this time I got nothing but rude customer service treatment telling me if I didn't stop talking or I shut up I would be disconnected I will say they have cute items great price but the customer service reps and escalation dept suck so now I'm disgusting it with my bank and giving them a terrible bad review please don't order nothing here take it else where.

In the beginning of February I found myself in the hospital. With nothing to do but watch TV and infomercials I turned to the internet and found a really cool store online. I ended up buying a lot of stuff from them over the next few weeks. My first bag came within a little bit of time after I got out of the hospital. Waiting on my orders I was starting to wonder if they was ever going to come but I was still with inside the window that the company gave me then one day I got a bunch of text messages saying everything was being delivered. I went to the mailbox and lo and behold the bag took up most the mailbox it had to weigh about 7 lb well I went back to the house and opened it up there were tons of products in the bag and I was so excited. Then I started receiving text messages saying that products that were late I was getting $5 per each shipment that was late I ended up with like 30 bucks on top of the 30% I already got off on the products I first ordered. The company really treats you right and everything shows up just as described. If you're buying for yourself or buying for your online business you can't go wrong.

I would have given this site a positive review if they would let me checkout but no they have a "Ownership Verification Process" where they require you to take a picture of the last 4 digits of your card and of your last 4 digits of your account number on your statement. This wouldn't be to hard of a problem if I had a regular bank but im using a spendwell prepaid debit card and spendwell gives you trouble making an account. They dont approve new accounts for some reason also when you sign up through phone the text messege link they send you just says "error" when you click it. Not to metion I am in a rehab facility so they take away our phones and block certrain websites and other things to make this all the harder.

I was always skeptical of purchasing from TEMU, it just seemed too good to be true, so I decided to place a small order. Now I'm hooked. Shipping isn't as fast as Amazon - I knew that - and wasn't expecting to receive items as quickly as I did - approx 8-10 days. Pretty good. The prices, good Lord! I thought the quality of my items would compare to the prices, but they don't. Granted I bought a few pairs of sandals for like 3.00 each and I'm not expecting them to last years, but am SUPER happy with the quality and fit for the price for sure! I've made a few more purchases, jeans, sun glasses, sandals, and I've receive everything I've order and am happy with the product. Hey, you get what you pay for, and in this case I'm extremely satisfied with the quality based on what I'm paying. More orders to TEMU and less to Amazon = HUGE SAVINGS for me!

I order a few items and did not like the quality so I returned them and only got a partial refund on my first order and on the first order you are suppose to get a full refund this did not happen. This company is too greedy for me never again will I buy from TEMU.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought an extra large dog bed and received only foam. I did not get the cover. I asked to have the missing pieces sent to me. I was told the only solution was for me to return what I had received and be issued a refund. So, I refunded the foam I was sent. They denied my refund saying items were missing. Funny, because that's why I was returning it. I asked what they received from me and that question was ignored. Then they said they have reviewed their shipping process and shipping video and are certain they sent the complete item. So, why would I send back a large piece of foam, which is an important part of the dog bed? I have asked for their proof and have yet to be shown any. I am out a lot of money. You can't speak to anyone directly that has any decision-making authority, only through email, which takes at least a day to receive a reply. The customer service reps on the chat can't really do anything except create a ticket and send it up to another team. I was even given a phone number and the person I spoke to also could only forward my concerns. It's ridiculous and unacceptable.

I place an order on Dec 2023 few day latter I notice a withdrawal from my account twice by Temu after hrs on line they send me to chat I spend hrs try to make them understand that they took the money twice they duplicate the order and took it twice I place two identical orders now they said they deliver and no wer to be found! Spend hrs and hrs and hrs finally o call my bank and reported fraud they duplicate the order and took the money twice now I struggle with tru to find wer is the order and try to send it back even do is not my fault but a glinch on the system if I find the order having dificulta try to get a label to return they said once they get the return that I never got them they will refund me the second order! So unfair! I will never ever ever shop with this company ever, I ask to speak to a supervisor they refuse it.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
