Two problem that Temu have, the shipping company SpeedX that they pick to delivery my packages. They don't answer email or phone calls. Every time my packages are delivery by this company they always get stolen. They don't bring packages upstairs to your door. The second problem Temu Custome Service I called customer service about my concerns and the person was talking like he was annoyed on what I was say but also he barley even talked, he would just answer with "hmm" and after I finish talking there would be this huge silence. Then at the end he had the nerve to ask me if I can take an survey about his services
I ordered from temu twice and i never got my packages i ordered at least five things everytime i ordered they said i got my package five minutes ago and i checked my outside porch, front door and my mailbox nothing do not order from them there prices are too good to be true.

I purchased 50 sets of dangling rheinstone earings to be used as icicles on a Christmas tree. They are beautiful and will be perfect.
I decided to purchase them after spinning Temu's discount game which offered a $50 rebate on my purchase. I never got the rebate. Also, I noticed that if I wanted to return them, I would only receive $20 of the $70 I spent. Not an honorable company.

I love Temu! To be honest, It is better than Amazon. I often see some item sold in Amazon too. But the item in Temu is cheaper than Amazon and same quality. I often visit Temu first when I want some stuffs! It is reliable. It would be better if Temu has image search.

Some of the items, like the watches, are nice. A lot ot the jewelry is flimsy and not nearly as pretty as they are in the picture. It is hard to return items. Chatting with someone to get help returning items is $1 plus $55/month. The descriptions of items is not complete. I ordered beads thinking they were glass but they were acrylic. The bracelets I received are also acrylic but the descriptin said they were crystal. I am not going to order anything else from them because it is to difficult to return unwanted items.

I gave placed 3 orders with Temu. I received the first, the second was delivered to the wrong address, and then reshipped a week later ( total time to get items 3 weeks) and the third order was also delivered to the wrong address, with a confirmation picture of the wrong address, and temu would not refund my money. I had to go through my credit card to get my money back. Not worth the hassle at all.

They sent me the wrong stuff I was told to go on and put in the wrong stuff claim. Because they wouldn't just give me my money back because they said it was delivered. I sent in the claim with pictures attached of the stuff that I received instead of the stuff I ordered. And it was denied. I went back on and tried to chat with somebody who just kept repeating the same thing and had no clue what I was trying to communicate to them. So I put in a dispute with PayPal and they said they will not speak to me any longer because of that. And all I really wanted was a label so I could send them the stuff they sent me that I don't want back so they suck.

I'm still waiting for my package i never received it. I was told that an individual received my package which was not me because I was out. I contacted them about the situation but was told it wasn't their problem and to go look for it myself. It says it was dropped off at 1:45 but I was home at that time and didn't see the mailman at all. So be careful there out to steal your money and it's all the customers fault If you didn't get you package.

My only complaint is they have slow shipping, as I believe that to being due to them being in Japan or China! But I like it for the most part even though I'm still waiting as it was due on the 12th-18th. It now shows the 22nd!

It offers $100 bonus for installing and using the app on the cellphone. I did that and made a purchase from my cell phone. However, I do not see the $100 bonuses. Is this a case of false or "tricky" advertizing? I do not know but the end result is the same. I did not get the bonus that they advertized. BE AWARE!

Went on this app to buy a smart watch for my boyfie birthday gift but the item that i got was defective and the box was dented from the delivery. I decided to go straight to customer service to resolve it asap before my boyfie birthday and they responded within minutes and helped me get a full refund so I still had time to look for another smart watch and buy it for him. I like shopping with Temu and have had great experiences, and they have even helped me when I have had issues. Only issue is they use Straightship for some of their shipments and I have no choice, this company has a bad rap and rude customer service. Already lost a with them and they said it delivered, non of my neighbor have seen it, fearing I may never get my money back which will be a big hit for me and Christmas. If the next shipment I have coming in with the same company goes missing I may have to close my Temu account as I can not loose money like this.

I have excellent connections with TEMU through purchases and customers service agents. Amazing. I am very happy with their overall quality. They refunded my products due to delay in delivery. A month and a half ago, I ordered from temu. I never recieved anything from them. I have ring app on my phone to see who came that day for delivery. I saw the temu delivery guy inside the car taking pictures that they have delivered but they did not. They did not walking into my doorstep and leave the delivery. Instead I saw the amazon delivery guy leaving stuff at my doorstep and taking a picture the right way. I emailed them with evidence and they won't give me a refund. Instead I've been waiting for my "case" to be reviewed. Like how long do I have to wait?

I paid for 4 items over 4 weeks ago, they said would receive by march 19 never received, credit card charged. I spoke to customer care about email they sent if i did not receive items by the 19th i would get a whole $5 credit, my order over $100 4 items spoke to customer care did not get credit or items, was told its not their issue contact Canada Post and Canada post said contact TEMU the issue is not at their end. My package went to some random house. Tried everything I could to figure out where it is. Contacted shipping company and they tried to go back to where it was delivered and it wasn't there but due to package not being insured they couldn't do anything. Contacted temu and told them and they refused to refund even though they have a purchase protection program

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
