I bought my grandkids these organizers after seeing how messy their rooms were a few days ago. The moment I received the package, I quickly helped them organize their stuff and I'm so glad to see how much cleaner their bedrooms and bathrooms were and how happy they were. :) Temu is realy great since even older people like me can easily buy things without having to ask someone else to do it!

I'm a 1st time customer to this TEMU app and let me say I'm extremely disappointed. Ended up canceling the entire order before even being shipped. I placed my order on June 5th and like June 17th I receive a message stating one or more items are not available and they'll credit my Temu acct. Those items were the reason I even placed an order so forget it Cancel the entire thing. Waste of time with this company. If your not shipping things out within 3-4 days of customers placing the order then don't bother being in business.

Users beware
October 10, 2023

Users be aware! They do not have any kind of order preview or review before completing order. Bypassed having to log into PayPal and pushed through order. Wanted to use PayPal pay in 4. Contacted ther support team immediately. Was told to initiate refund through PayPal. Did that immediately, and after Temu support team said then couldn't do anything because of the PayPal charge back. It's been almost 2 weeks. PayPal and temu claim waiting on the other side. Havnt eaten in days, and no one cares. I have repeatedly asked why there was no order preview/review or secondary order confirmation. Was told the can't discuss company procedures.

Almost better than Amazon

I am so happy that I found this app and gave it a try. Not only is everything priced super affordable and super great quality but the customer service is A1 as well. One major reason that I love Temu and always find myself coming back to it is because of its 10/10 selection. They literally have anything for everything and it also makes me feel super safe knowing that they get their stuff from different suppliers and manufacturers and that they absolutely c a n n o t stand counterfeit products! It's nice to know that the chances of me getting something fake af is super small but also that if I do, that Temu will come down on that seller so hard and avenge me teehee (bc no one likes getting scammed :(( ((((((()

I ordered two shirts and two USB ports. TEMU notified me when they were shipped. All I had to do is to go the their website to track it. I have now ordered other items, so if there is any change, I will come back to make my findings known.

I ordered 2 small items and accidentally called on so called one click button and all of the sudden too more big aitem were added to my small order of $23 and I was told you will pay additional $83
It was just yesterday and despite 3-4 emails I sent back and forth trying to cancel everything they shipped today all 4 items
Don't buy anything from this SCAM!
By the way, good luck deal with customer service that does not exist. No phone numbers at all etc...

Got my $5 credit
April 4, 2023

I got this for my kitchen a while back but then I got alerted that shipping would be delayed. I didn't even have time to be sad about it because I ended up getting like $5 credit and I was just really shocked because no other online platform does that. Finally got my order though and my grandkids and I are very happy with it, but I'm happier to see that Temu really cares about their customers :) Keep doing what you're doing!

I ordered a T-shirt on Temu and it was delivered in 12 days, well within the estimated delivery window. The quality was good and similar T-shirts would sell many times over even in discount stores. I save on the gas and time and the order comes right to my mailbox. No qualms at all ordering from Temu even though it is relatively new and unknown. I knew that Temu was legit and totally reliable because it is owned by PDD Holdings, a profitable multinational e-commerce company that is listed on the Nasdaq. It trades under the ticker PDD and was the biggest gainer on the Nasdaq-100 Index. It pays to do some research and not just read reviews, many of which are fake (especially the negative ones!).

Fed up

I finally got fed up. Temu issued me credits and took $59 away. They had a payment platform issue and kept on saying they have escalated.
Then they came back and said please order from a friends app.
What about my $59? I lost it
Also what I recd was wrong items. Now I can't even return as j will loose more money

My experience was really bad with this company, when they didn't have the items refund right away, but when shipper screwed up lost or damaged your package you have to wait 14 days for Temo to return your money. And the best. They want you to return goods you have never received. Your Temu order's return has been requested (#PO-211-

Lowkey mad because their delivery partner wasnt careful with my order but kudos to their purchase protection that let me return the items even if the damage was minimal. I just clicked on the customer service button on the app and a rep helped me wih the return. Returns were super simple too since u just print out the waybill they give u and drop it off even got a full refund for everything.

I wasted 35.00 ordering items from temu. Only two can be used. I have to donate the rest. Getting refunds from this company is rare. So never again will I order from them. The shelf for outlet have no way for you to attach to the wall. The lazy Suzy dont spin the bottom don't attach and the gold painted rim is already coming off. The refrigerator mask decor is pictured to covered standard top freezer refrigerator it don't its little peel and sticks. The peel and stick that look like bricks is paper thin. No real definition so it will look very cheap on a wall.

Beware of their coupon

They claimed you can get a coupon when you maximize your order of certain amount. They don't honor the coupon when you did that. They said you will receive your coupon when your orders were shipped. My order was placed on 12/25/22@ 11:19pm. I want to use a $25 coupon that I earned from last purchased now (12/29/22@ 6pm). I was told the coupon is EXPIRED.
My orders have not even shipped to me yet, and the coupon they supposed used at that time of purchase already expired? Scam! Be aware of their coupon!

I have made 6 orders to Temu in the past 2 months. 100s of items, totaling about $200.1 box has shown up. The others either haven't shipped yet or are stuck in transit and have been for 2 weeks. To compensate they have given me $5 five times... But I used $10 of it plus spent more just to have another box not arrive. Contacted customer service and they offered me another $5 and refused to cancel my orders that are WAY overdue... So I promised to go leave an honest review.

Too good to be true

Be aware of Temu shopping platform. Our 1st 2 couple orders were perfect given Temu handled the problem correctly. When we received BAD products, they're gladly to issue our refunds. However, when we received our 3rd order with POOR quality items, we were responsible to shipping charges for any returns, which I found it unreasonable practice on Temu part. I've voiced my opinion with Temu's management with no prevail. So we decided to leave Temu for good. So shop with your own risks.

Time is patience

I don't think BILLIONAIRES have to wait as long as you do for items they purchase. They start with "Sorry! Here's a $5.00 credit for being late" then another "Sorry! Here's ANOTHER $5.00 credit for being late". Pretty soon I'll have a hundred dollars + credit due. I can't even rate the quality of an item because I still haven't received my items. If the items are anything like the expected wait period is to get them then I'm going to be very disappointed.
