From the start delivery has been shocking, badly packed and late. Most items are mis discribe and to be frank crap. If you contact customer services you will get the run around. All in all buying from Temu is just a nightmare and not worth the hassle.

Incompatibility

Everything was great. However, I ordered a toilet shelf that did not fit over my toilet. It was too small and my toilet is a standard American-sized toilet. It was also difficult to put together. I have ordered several times and have not been disappointed, otherwise. From the looks of the pictures in the ad, the toilet is smaller.

It's not Temu it's

So this review isn't aimed at Temu so much, well I guess it is because they continue to use the despicable shipping company Ontrac to deliver or not deliver, rather they steal my packages from the Romulus facility in Michigan! I am so tired of them sending order after order with this trash company. 3 orders in a row have gone missing from ontrac and even though Temu has issued a refund for all of them. I don't want a refund, I want my items, they are all nail art related orders so I don't know what ontrac think they are getting valued stuff or maybe they have a nail tech that works there. I don't care! Temu needs to stop using trash track. If my current order doesn't make it and I am issued another refund. That will be my last order from Temu!

I just don't understand the post from some of these buyers. What would you expect for the price. I have purchased a lot of items and been happy with my purchases so far. Most of my items were the same item sold by Amazon but at a greater discount. One customer complained about the packaging. Some people need a life. Temu you got a loyal customer. I even told my family about it.

Love my finds

This humidifier is perfect for my bedroom bc it helps me sleep better. Most of the functions r really convenient like the auto-shut off when there's no more water but I also like that it can be charged with a USB cable bc its so much easier. I also really like the light settings because it acts as a nice night light before I go to sleep. Really happy that Temu is trustworthy because I get a lot of great items on it.

I placed my first time order about 2 weeks ago. I finally got a notification that the package was on its way. I check the tracking number and i was told it was out for delivery. That was 2 days ago. The tracking number keeps saying that the delivery was "attempted". Now it says that address can't be confirmed. The problem is that the address I put is my work address. Which is a hotel. A business that's open 24 hours. The "attempt" listed that the business was closed and now it just says insufficient address. I'm very confused. I've always had everything delivered to the hotel & NEVER had a problem.

The products are worth the price, but getting it properly delivered is spotty. One order was dumped in the street, one order was shipped in three different packages, two never arrived, one returned, refund is short even after five hours on the phone with them. I will never purchase from them again.

Most of the items are junkie. Especially the jewelry, the adage "you get what you pay for" is dire with this site. You can find some neat deals if you are willing to sift through all the junk...and there's a lot of it. Mostly low quality, poorly made items that reel bargain hunters in and then winds up in the garbage can or donation box in less than a year...stay clear of jewelry, and any items that you want quality in. I was switching careers and needed office lunch boxes, coffee tumblers, and items for my car for an hour commute in the morning and was able to score some great finds...just don't get stuck. This site is the equalivent of the "claw machine" before the Walmart parking lot.

I ordered a few things on temu and then shut down the app, and since then I've been bombarded with text messages from temu giving special offers and percentage discounts on your next order. I've gone into settings of shut everything off and I still can't seem to stop getting these messages. I've looked on YouTube I follow their instructions and still I get messages. Can somebody please tell me how to stop or how to turn off or get rid of temu completely?

I love the wide variety of products they sell and the prices are amazing. I have ordered dozens of items and almost everything has been better quality than I expected. I did have one issue with a tool that did not work. I contacted TEMU about a refund, and in less than 3 minutes I had the amount credited to my account. I didn't even need to return the item!
I love TEMU, and I will always check there first, before I go to Amazon. I am always discovering new things to add to my wishlist. TEMU is like cell phones. You wonder how you ever managed without them!:-)

Temu failed to send me the items I purchased, resulting in a loss of approximately $200. They chose an unreliable carrier, and I never received the items. When I asked for a refund, Temu claimed the carrier had delivered the items. I provided evidence that the photo taken by the carrier did not depict my house, but Temu denied responsibility and refused to refund or resend the items. This situation is absurd; Temu doesn't hold the unreliable courier accountable but penalizes the customers. I am skeptical that Temu may be involved in fraudulent activities with the local delivery company.

I did 4 returns for different order's and for each different return they gave me the same tracking number. Now they received one package and they said i only returned 4 items. What about the other 3 packages with all of the other items? I have proof from UPS of all packages scanned with same tracking number. Temu owes me over $120 dollars that they do not want to pay me back. Customer beware.

I am upset with myself, because I didn't read the everything about the refund policy. If so I don't think I would have ordered. Can't get my money back. I can only use the refund on their merchandise, which isn't right, it's like you making buy your items. Didn't want to order anything thing else. I have ex amount of money tired up with them. I have. The clothes did not look like in the picture and their return policy may be for free, but the steps you need to take are so ridiculous most people probably give up! Duplicate Items in Order

On three separate orders, this company duplicated items (and charged me) immediately after I purchased them. I agree to one price, and then my CC is charged an extra $$ for the second item on the same order. When I got my receipt, I was like, wait - that's about 10.00 more than I agreed to... and then I figured out the issue. In my last order, I triple-checked my items were at qty 1, and nope - they duplicated 7 out of the 8 items of the order. They do ship the second item, but their return process is horrible! Is this a way to get more money out of their customers? It is a horrible business practice, and you must wait over a month (6-8 weeks) for your refund. About 50.00 more than I wanted to spend on the order. I have to wait for the long shipping process, then I can request a refund and a return label for items I never even purchased in the first place. What a pain and I am out that money for over a month!

Great prices!

I have had FABULOUS results with buying on Temu. But...I only purchase items where others have posted good reviews and shows photos of the item ALWAYS use their size chart as sizing is different for each item. I normally wear medium but many of my Temu purchases were in size small and a few in size large. I always use the measurements on the size chart and they are always correct. I have returned a few items that I didn't care for the look on me, the fabric or the color. Each time returns are easy (just like Amazon). Take it to the Post Office or UPS store and they swipe your return code then a week later I have my refund. So I must say my experience is very positive. Just take your time to read the reviews for items before purchasing!

Fast shipment cheap prices they claim they allow you one free return credit, the only problem is when you use that credit it appears to me in the total that you are repaying for the credit items it's been revised to pay for the new items.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST

Every order is correct and delivered within their window. Return/refund policy is incredible. Customer service is prompt & efficient. All items are as described and of excellent/good/ fair quality for the unbelievably low prices. I am a die hard fan and have ordered atleast 50 times! Have not one problem. I cannot praise enough. I also want to add that I've purchased items on Amazon only to find identical items on Temu for a quarter of the price! Yes. The EXACT same item! For example, I purchased a pair of mesh sneakers from Amazon for $40. I then ordered what appeared to be the same item from Temu for $8.00. When I received them I compared the two and they are EXACTLY THE SAME! Just a different "name." I kid you not!
