This place is HORRIBLE please do not buy from them. Not only is their stuff super cheaply made they are thieves! I attempted to return some stuff and I thought it had gone well even received a refund….until I got charged for two of these items because "they were not accepted" so they decided two of the items I returned weren't worthy but yet still kept it. I tried reaching out too customer service 3 TIMES! And till this day I have yet to receive my money back! So please save yourself this hassle.

I have an order that was supposedly shipped and in the custody of LSO. They have had my package for 3 weeks and still not delivered. I tried to contact LSO and Temu, both unsuccessful. If you order from Temu, hope you don't have any issues, you will probably regret buying from them. I do.

I had stumbled across Temu and decided to check it out. I researched and read reviews to make sure I was getting quality at a low price. They are completely on the up & up. Returns are no problem. They have everything you can think of and men's, kids & pet items. It's so easy to shop there & there is so much. Whatever you put in your cart stays in your cart for however long you keep it there. I have bought clothes shoes makeup etccc.at extremely low unbelievable prices.

Temu is the only site that doesn't make me feel like Im online shopping mostly because of their free shipping and carbon emission reduction initiative. I have had close to two dozen orders received (over 100 items) from Temu here in Alberta Canada by way of Canada Post. I have personally been impressed and very satisfied with the results. Although most packages have been received in plastic envelopes, I have not received any items with any damages at all. All the orders have arrived as I have ordered them. One order came late arriving after their delivery date range and I received a $5 credit which I applied on my next order. I don't know why they are getting such a low rating, as I have been completely satisfied.

Everything I have bought from this company is very cheap quality garbage and doesn't even fit I bought 3 shirts from them and the buttons were even on the wrong side and the 4 leather belts I received were supposed the be real leather but are not and they are very thin and were measured wrong which made the 8 inches shorter then they should have been. I also have heard that it is almost impossible to return things and get a refund and it takes forever to get the refund if they agree to send you one and all their product pictures on their site are photoshopped to look much better than they really are. Delivery is also very long because even though the tracking says it's being shipped somewhere in the U.S. it's not it's being shipped from China. It took me a while to learn my lesson but I have and will never order from any of these Chinese internet companies again I'd rather pay more and get quality products sold here in My USA.

Worst customer service ever! I was playing their Fishland game, and keep missing my fish food points. I even placed order to get fish food. I contacted their customer service, after 12 hours of chatting they still keep saying sorry but no help. They said I can't even cancel my order. Also in my previous order, all the sizes of clothes I ordered were different and again no support from their customer service. Don't trust this company. Don't buy from them.

We were so delighted to receive our Fossett, but the fittings did not fit American plumbing parts. Even a professional plumber told us that it would not work. Temu offers quite a variety of items for sale. After browsing the website, I placed an order for 6 items. 5 of the 6 items were under $1.50 except for 1 item, which was $4.88. My order arrived on time without any issues. The items seem to be of good quality. Overall, I am pleased with my order. My only recommendation is that Temu should scale back these "coupons" with a time limit.

Purchased items but when packaged arrived it was open and items were missing. I was told they will not refund me for the missing items because they were shipped from their warehouse. I'm not saying they didn't ship them I'm saying they didn't arrive but they don't want to do anything to make it right. I even sent them the packaging showing the post office stamped unsealed and item arrived and damaged condition. Do not recommend them they don't fix the problem.

Are the things cheap? Yes. Are the things cheaply made? Sometimes. But the value is there especially if you like to shop and not spend a lot of money. I placed a small order first to see if it was a scam. Since then I have placed an order about every 4 or 5 days. I really enjoy being able to get things for my teenage grandkids at a great price.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
