I bought items from Temu and received 1. They said the package was delivered but it was not. They gave me a refund after waiting 3 weeks without giving me any explanation. I am not sure if Temu is real or reliable to shop. I gave them one star for giving me a refund,.

I placed an order a week ago. For some unknown reason it was split into 3 orders. I received one pkg this week with several duplicate items and some missing items. My total was over $50 and I received $1.00 worth of cheap merchandise

I have seen some bad publicity about Temu, but my experience from about 7 orders has been all good. I did have to make a return of several items but did not have issues with returning and getting refunded. Best advice is to just read the ratings and descriptions carefully on desired items just as with any site.

I ordered a shirt and hat for my husband. And a short outfit for myself. It took weeks to get it and when I finally did I was very unhappy. The hat looks really cheap and came really smashed/ folded up in a bag. It's trash and as for the outfit I got it looks nothing like the picture shown. It's very cheap looking and the colors are dull. The cute picture shown on the shirt is just a big cheap sown on patch. My husband was dissatisfied with his shirt also. I saying is cute but the shape and material it's made from is weird. I'll never buy from them again! And the order wasn't really that cheap either. I would have rather spend the $32 on one good item at my local store then to have wasted it on this trash!

Temu has a broad category selection that I've been able to find everything that I need, even things that my kids or husband need. It's become the first place I always go to whenever I want or need something, but another thing that I like is that Temu is affordable. Temu is essentially just a win win situation because you find anything and everything but dont have to pay crippling prices for quality

This is a really good powerbank! Super easy to use and very convenient esp bc it comes with different cords for every device. The flashlight installed is also a handy thing to have and its small enough to bring everywhere. Tried it out with my phone and it charges very fast so im happy that temu is trustworthy.

I am extremely disappointed and have now deleted the app not to be used again.
I ordered a PU leather bag and what I received was not like the one represented. I never buy leather so this isn't the issue. I have now created more landfill which is very upsetting instead of using this bag. Awful!

I like TEMU. I do have some good things from them I have ordered. I've gotten a decent pair of house slippers, yard scissors, a wind chime, salt and pepper shakers. But I'd be careful with stuff that turns on and off. Two items I've purchased-a wind chime that is solar, but you have to turn it on for the light to come on at night and a pen for diamond painting. Those two things did not work. And I haven't been very impressed with all the coupons they send you and say you get this free or $20 credit. I have never seen any of that stuff, but they do have free shipping and that's good. I will still order from them, but I will just be a little choosy on the items I buy, if they turn on and off.

It appears to be impossible to return items to Temu. I've had many good buys but have spent hours trying to find how to return items for refund. I won't be buying anything from them again as I think their claim for free returns, or any returns, is fraudulent.

Not safe website

I didn't suggest any one to buy it from this website, 1st off all when I return few items - instead of returning you money, they deducted from your card and I didn't get the OTP for that transection. Maybe there is glitch in there app or anything else, but feel safe to save my card on this web.
For this concerned I called many many time on helpline, but there response was "you will get a call in 24hr from the concerned department". But it's been a month didn't get get a single call.
Few of there product also not good quality. Feel like cheep product.

I'm moved into an apartment and and wanted several little things to make it nicer. Of the six items I ordered three were either the wrong size or not what I ordered. Temu reply to my request for refunds to keep the products and they would refund immediately. It's been 5 weeks and I keep getting Promises of a refund or it's being considered. I don't expect any refunds. I will never buy from Temu again.

When I made out my first order I was skeptical about how this site would be to buy from. To my surprise got my order in about a week, and very high quality stuff. Update: they fixed the issue.
I did not receive part of my order but I did receive a random item I did not order. I returned several items in addition to the item I didn't order. They would not give me a refund for the missing item even though I sent back the trash item that was in my package.

These are just false advertising and lies for fraud.
They have no responsibility for your money and your order after your purchase.
Only lies and fraud.
I am a victim of this store.
I recently ordered items in this store and paid €145.88.
But I never received my order.
I called support and was told that it was delivered by DHL, which is clearly false.
I am a retired old man and always at home. I told them that I did not receive any package.
And I swore for them that I will tell the truth.
But the support just like a chat bot regularly sends a repeated email that we are sorry we cannot help.
I request those who view this article to be careful not to fall victim to these lies and scams like me.
They are in China and their work is fake and fake advertising.

I placed an item in my cart and went to checkout. The price of the item went from $6.99 to 37.99. I called customer service which was a total waste of 30 minutes I will never get back. I was actually told by the representative to order the item at the higher price and call back after I receive it for a payment "adjustment". He stated if they denied the adjustment to send the item back for a full refund. I couldn't believe how ridiculous the customer service rep was. No supervisors available. He first tried to tell me that the promotion had ended and that's why the price was higher. That might have worked but the item was still listed at the sale price on their website. Totally trying to rip people off. I've ordered one other time and I am waiting for that order. I will be sending it right back to them. To many places to shop to deal with a company with deceitful practices.

Clothes are awful

I bought several graphic tees from temu. I received my order's, the t shirts are not true to size, the shirts get wider, not longer. Can't wear the t-shirts out in public, they don't cover your belly. Very disappointed, I gave them a chance. Not recommended.

Temu is excellent

I've been shopping with Temu for almost a year now. Yes, I was skeptical at first but when I received my first Temu haul and the quality of the items I had bought I was impressed with everything. It doesn't even take long to receive your order. I'm now on my 6th Temu haul i just can't stay away if isee a item on television from a higher priced company i just look it up on Temu and they have it for over 80% cheaper. They are 100% legit😁

Disappointed

I ordered from Temu at the beginning of December. I still have not received my items! Tracking still has yet to update! All it says is that a label was created! ZERO SHIPPING UPDATES! Received none of my items and spent over $100 on products! Will not order again!
