My parcel is missing, I asked there customer service to investigate. They just responses me the parcel has been delivered to correct place. What the hell is it? It definitely shipped to wrong address from the photo which the courier company took. They won't investigate properly! There team is doing rubbish work!

I have excellent connections with TEMU through purchases and customers service agents. Amazing. I am very happy with their overall quality. They refunded my products due to delay in delivery. Only problem with them engaging UNIUNI carriers. UNIUNI is hopeless in their delivering. But I will keep buying from TEMU for ever. They are not only genuine but they have excellent customer service. I've now processed over 2 dozen orders with Temu. Nearly everything was as good or better than brand name, clothes, kitchen ware, household, toys. After 50+ different items I've only returned 3. Two returned were too big, my fault, 1 was not as described. So simple, place in box, print return voucher & drop off at my choice place. Return to my bank was quick. I received 1 item broken & they sent another no charge within a week. Package wrapping looks terrible but it ships. I love Temu!

I ordered some clothes on several different orders. Temu had me pick the items, put it all under one label that the post office could not print out. I had to find a printer. I sent back 7 items. They partially refunded me for only 2 blouses $45.41. BUT they charged me $23.61 to return the TWO items although I returned SEVEN. So my return of $23.61 is suppose to be proccessed. WHAT A SCAM! DONT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY! Then customer service wanted me to jump through hoops to even receive that refund. Basically asking me to email, mail through mail, etc. the order information, which they have because they sent me the label. HUGE SCAM!

Very cheap clothing quality, order instead from Noracora or Zulucky.much better quality and 15-20 per item vs like 5-7 with Temu. Took about 3 weeks to receive, nice customer service but very poor cheap cloth and quality, will donate to Goodwill likely. Also, ordered size L and it was 8-10 and was more like 12-14.so would have ordered M instead.

I ordered from Temu a lot before because the stuff was at a good price and the shipping was good. All of a sudden some piggy ship got involved and all 7 packages they have I have yet to receive. I've contacted them and have yet to email me back let alone update the system. After I get all my $5 late fee credits I'm deleting this app.

Items missing in the package and had escalated to PayPal. Later returned another item but refund yet to receive. Customer service communication is circular and not to the point. The returned item has nothing to do with PayPal escalation. Will never again buy on Temu. I m paying interest to my visa while refund is being delayed since last two weeks.

I had a pair of sandals in my cart. They were there for awhile because I had started losing interest in Temu. Anyway, after they messaged me in my inbox, I went back on the app. They offered a rebate coupon that would have allowed me to pay $0.58 for my items. The coupon was to be active for 23 hours and counting down. By the time I click on the item and was ready to make payment, the coupon was removed. I reached out to customer service and was given the run around! I KNOW the coupon is still in their system. But the rep wanted to give me 20% off if I spent a $100! I heard before that Temu scams its customers and now I see it for myself!

We had 4 separate orders placed within days of each other. One was delivered the rest never came with no explanation. They used a cheap shipping company called Ontrac/Lasership that only has 1 star reviews. Awful experience. We've lived at the same residence for 3 years and have never had issues with deliveries from anyone else. Pay a bit extra for peace of mind. This experience was unacceptable! Also it's impossible to get ahold of the shipping company and Temu's own customer service is basically nonexistent.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
