Ordered 3/10/2023 received notice that company issued refund of $4.28 back to PayPal and put the rest of my purchase on my Temu credit which is not what I wanted.

Ordered 3/13/2023 received notice that company issued refund of$21.39.

Ordered3/22/2023 company shows ordered was shipped on 3/28/2023
All but 1 of these orders have not been received and refunds have not processed. Buyer Beware!

This company is a joke. They attract customers with their low prices, but their order system and tracking systems can't didn't give me my promised 20% off. When I inquired with customer service, they couldn't find my order, even with me giving my PO #. They were able to charge my PayPal account and get their money even before my order was shipped. Then I get text and emails that go to a company which gives me the message that the tracking number is wrong. If you want to deal with frustration use this TEMU company. You might as well throw your money to the wind.

I am new to Temu. Several of my orders have been cancelled by them over and over and over again. They are claiming unusual activity on my credit card payment, which is utterly untrue. I have provided the proof they have asked for to verify my payment again and again and again. I have REPEATEDLY contacted customer service and am asked each time to be patient, a ticket is being generated and they'll be back with me within 48 hours. Along with all the platitudes of how they understand my frustration. The last call I made, I asked for a supervisor. I was told one would call me back within 30 minutes. No one called. Several of the items I've tried to purchase became unavailable/ sold out during this process with them. There's NEVER a resolution to my problem. They have a promise that comes up quite often on my orders that if it doesn't ship within five days of ordering, they will give me a $5 credit. That doesn't happen because they cancel the orders with pretentious excuses. Buyer beware is all I can say. The prices are good, but not sure that they're worth these absolute frustrations and complete lack of customer support.
This site asks for an order number and I'm providing one, but this has been the occasion with several orders.

Time is patience

I don't think BILLIONAIRES have to wait as long as you do for items they purchase. They start with "Sorry! Here's a $5.00 credit for being late" then another "Sorry! Here's ANOTHER $5.00 credit for being late". Pretty soon I'll have a hundred dollars + credit due. I can't even rate the quality of an item because I still haven't received my items. If the items are anything like the expected wait period is to get them then I'm going to be very disappointed.

Ordered items for Valentine's Day in January I NEVER received my merchandise‼ Made several attempts to customer service they were supposed to create me a ticket and no one has responded or took care of this issue. Called the customer service number for that past couples days and been on hold for a VERY long period of time. It's states for you to be [lease be patience but my patience is running out. This is RIDICULOUS and very UNPROFESSIONAL but I'm not stopping until I get ALL my coins back even if I have to REPORT them to BBB‼

I bought an order almost 300 dollars from the app and they kept me awaiting to ship like almost 3 weeks without shipping i tried to contact the customer service many time to cancel to order because they supposed to have the order because i was traveling so first the customer service was unhelpful at all ignoring me and sending me a stupid answer everytime after days of sending the message we gonna give u credit 5 dollars for being late
I told them many time noo just keep it and don't send it because I won't be able to get it and i was almost talking everyday to them and sending message to the email and the app and everywhere
Guess what they ignored me and shipped anyway and sorry we can't give u the refund u get the order and return it back (even if im out of the country like wtf)
And my order I didn't receive till now its still late
So i think its scam guys don't buy from this $#*! app no one gonna listen or help you

I have made 6 orders to Temu in the past 2 months. 100s of items, totaling about $200.1 box has shown up. The others either haven't shipped yet or are stuck in transit and have been for 2 weeks. To compensate they have given me $5 five times... But I used $10 of it plus spent more just to have another box not arrive. Contacted customer service and they offered me another $5 and refused to cancel my orders that are WAY overdue... So I promised to go leave an honest review.

Order was split, 1st pkg was delivered to correct address. The 2nd half if the order was delivered to some other address that was not mine. Now 2 items are out of stock. Poor courier choice. Sticking with Amazon

I know what I'm getting when I buy from sites like these. I've never bought anything extravagant. But felt like I made out like a bandit for Christmas. Great for buying stuff for arts and craft, little figuring, tarot cards, bracelets, stickers, stuff animals and luv the prices on mirrors bought a bunch of those.
I'm not going out of my way to buy a 1000+ dollar wedding dress for 35.99 and think I'm going to get something good. Remember you get what you pay for.

Orders Not Shipping

I placed 2 test orders with Temu with zero issues. However, the next three never arrived. I did get a refund on one.

I think they are leading up to having a lot of people's money and they won't provide the items ordered.

I'm new to Temu but I'm already so impressed with all the things they do for their customers. Like free shipping with no minimum spend is already so surreal but the fact that they have a 90 day free return policy AND give you credit for late delivery? Other online shopping places could NEVER. Temu's also the first place I've seen that actually broadcasts their efforts to not contribute to global warming which is always a huge plus for me
