The service has gotten terrible!
We talked with customer service and told us that a package that we were interest in contained a numerous services. We decided to go ahead with that package and bought it. When they were installing it they told us that the services that we discussed with the customer service agent were not included and we had to pay more. We sent them the chat transcript showing that their customer service agent told us that were included. They blame their customer service agent and they didn't gave us any solution finally they gave us back the money, leaving us with a delay on our deadlines.
I would recommend on buying their templates because they are nice but then hire a freelance developer to do the services, is much cheaper and they do a better job.

They steal your money, provide you with invalid information and information that does not work. Their customer service sucks, each rep will tell you something different and they do not response to your emails. When they do the things they provide is not working.
For my consulting business, I needed few templates and I reached out to Sandy on Templatemonster.com. I was given professional advice and representative stayed with me for 1 hr to provide me with options and answer my questions. I was fully satisfied and would do business with them again.
I purchased a template and the professional installation from TemplateMonster as I have done many times over several years, but something has changed. I was given 72 hours to contact TM after my purchase to give them the details for logging into my website to upload and install the template. I purchased the template on 5/13 and provided the information on 5/20/2020, that is when I had the time to get things to them due to my schedule. However, TM closed my ticket on 5/23/2020 stating that I have gone past the 96 hr mark, I thought they were working for me and my schedule, not the other way around! Anyway, they have yet to contact me and my template has not yet been installed. I've requested a refund of the installation fee but I don't have a lot of confidence that they will comply. Don't buy their services just go to Fiverr!
I just set up an wordpress site and i needed a lot of help from the Support Chat as i had to tranlate a lot of stuff into german and im not an expert in changing stuff on wordpress sites. They were always helpful and friendly. I can only give a big recommendation fo their support.

She asked me a few questions and gave me a couple of choices.(which were so perfect, I wasn't sure which one to choose) Becky was patient and helpful. The last 2 days I was fortunate enough to talk with Mr. Jace Paulson on the on-line chat. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me both days! I was looking for something in particular... and not only was he able to guide me to products which may work for me, he then was instrumental in my decision to purchase a ONE membership for the year... giving me access to all the templates I was interested in. He, not once, made me feel like a moron because I don't know how to do certain things (regarding coding). Instead, he guided me in a direction where I would feel comfortable... pointing me to templates which matched my experience level. Mr. Paulson is a fabulous representative of this company! I wish all the sales crew were this helpful and patient. I also wish I could get Mr. Paulson every time I have a question... would make the entire on-line chat experience much more satisfactory!
The online chat was fast, on point and very helpful. I've yet to use their service but plan to. I expect the service to be good judging from the level of knowledgeable and helpful customer service team.

Thanks for the quick service. There was a 50% discount on certain templates that lasted for 24 hours. When I came back to order one the discount was gone. With a quick chat they solved the problem and I got the 50% discount
