Maybe their templates are good, but they lie about everything. They upsold me to buy their all-in-one package to install everything. Promised 5 business days. Then after 2 weeks almost nothing happened. Then they started feeding me with standard lame 'this-is-all-due-to-covid' excuses. 2 weeks later I still have no clue what the status of the project is.
I asked for a refund, they didn't give it to me saying they wanted a second chance to do it right. Now I regret giving them the second chance, because nothing has changed.
We recently inquired knowledge today about an HTML5 responsive web template with the assistance of Jace Paulsen. He was very knowledgeable and informative with delivering what we needed to making the best decision for our clients web functionality needs. I was looking for a solution all day and talked with a number of technical support specialists. But it was Iris who helped me. And the solution has been found.
Highly recommend. My web designer was Andrew Evans, and he did EVERYTHING that I needed for my Shopify website in less than 2 weeks! He immediately responded to my request, and anything that I did not like, he would change immediately and provide me with extra options. I will definitely use their services again and will ask for Andrew. Easy, affordable, and excellent customer service.
Pathetic way of doing business, in todays day and age, there should be a plug to pull to put this mindset out of business. I have had better dealings with thugs holding 7-11's up then with a company who thinks every client is a donut to stick there finger thru.
They don't know what they are selling, have below 0 (zero) support, there is no way to cancel as there cancellation department is a voicemail which I bet some idiot has to delete every morning due to the amounts of calls they can get.
Their new scam is they have a company that you can hire for installation, that I can swear has never in their life scene a website, I am thinking some prison in the Gulag is where their call center is.
Such a sad way of doing business, I pity the poor web designers that put up their gorgeous well designed websites up on this site, that get thrown under the bus, due to the company that resells
It's my first time and after 2 bad communication with some guy, Sandy saved the situation. I am about to buy my first template ready to use. And that's because of the template design... but the most... of Sandy whoever she is.
I got really great help and support when i was looking for a new template for our website. There are expensive and less expensive templates. We found one good looking and well functioning with our Companys needs.

My honest experience with Template Monster and ZEMEZ customer support: Worse customer support on the web! ZEMEZ customer support will not help you when it comes to the bugs in their theme. Many templates files in the themes are also outdated which causes breaks in the site and functionality problems. My theme is literally "broken out of the box." I do not recommend any theme from them. I should have read reviews on the customer support, which ratings are low, before investing in their products. I highly do not recommend their products. It is also worth stating that Template Monster will delete your reviews if the rating is low or the review is honest. Difficult company to trust.
I just had Alexandra and she was very knowledgeable about the various templates. I also had a technical question which she was able to get a hold of tech support and got me an answer in just a couple of minutes. Great support
