There are a number of steps needed when installing a new site (especially when the host is transferred). Jenna - Presales Department... explained clearly and in real time all the steps needed to ensure successful completion.

Template monster is the best of making templates but its not just the template you get, its the support to, they will solve you all the problems you have 7/24. Just get a template from there and you will be happy client for ever.

I was wanting to look at one of the FREE templates and i don't participate in social media of any kind so I couldn't download the template. I got hold of Ariel on chat and she gave me a link for the download. That made it quick and easy.

I was overwhelmed by the Wordpress options so I decided to try the chat. I was connected to Caroline who made life so easy for me. I just told her what I was looking for, sent her a sample site, and she came back with multiple template options for me. I was very pleased with how easy it was to work with her and her suggestions were right on point. Thank you!

Aside from the fact that I really like the templates, I've had several experiences with their customer service team. I'm a complete novice/newbie to wordpress in general, and they've been SO patient and helpful with small WP questions, with finding new plug-ins, and with walking through 'how to' on several set up functions. At this point, I wouldn't want to buy my templates from anyone else.

I chat with Jace Paulsen - and I think his the most patient person in the world. He answered for all my questions. He didn't miss any of my questions. I wish that all consultants will be just like him - kindness, patient, involved and ready to help!
