I needed some assistance with a few issues I was struggling with on my template and Celine was so thorough and helpful. Because of her, I have way less stress trying to figure those issues out and am ready to launch the website!

Jace is the best! He helped me find better templates to the ones I originally picked and assisted me through the whole process from A to B. Not just that, he provided me with a discounted price that I really like and suggestions which made my life easier.

Template monster has great live support. I asked the support agent for a theme in Magento Shopping Cart which was available in some other framework. The support personal gave me great options and similiar carts in Magento as well. They are very quick to respond and give you proper support.

I tried to change my opencart theme.
I found theme myself but it is diffcult to find perfect one.
So i chat with assistant Luigi and he send me perfect one.
It was very useful and helpful.
Save my time a lot.
There are all sort of opencart theme. Amazing.

I had a very complicated request, but the support handled it as good as she/he could.
It did not result in me buying anything but that was only because what I wanted simply could not be done with this service.
I came to the conclusion that I needed a web developer to build everything from scratch.
If that was not the case, I would definetely bought a service.
