Few days before I have dowloaded a template for my new eshop. My choose was the Flex Store. I have already installed it with no problem on my server.
The help and the support from the team by the time looks excellent.
I use template monster from 2013. 7 years now my web site www.alphaad.gr, a digital marketing agency in greece uses your services. Today Sandy Clark, a Sales Guru from Template Monster helped me to buy a template that for some tech reason sudently was out of Stock! She helped me buy it via the support and she saved the day. I have built two previous Prestashop 1.6 sites on template monster temaplates, which have been very solid. About to build a third - just called support with some pre-purchase questions. Spoke to Lori - she was super helpful and answered all my tech questions. Their support is actually much better than Prestashop which is why I buy the module with TM rather than Presta Addons.

Templates can really take a lot of hassle out of web design for my clients who want something cheap and cheerful and quick to deploy. I usually go for HTML sites and add them to my own CMS, it works well for me and pre-sales have always been helpful.
