I'm a long time developer but one of the themes had some issues even I couldn't fix. All of them had to do with bugs or weird not standar css. The support team was able to help me solve some of them on the fly, and the others were solved by them in a very short time, sending me a complete step-by-step solution, having all my problems solved within 24 hours. Really good job.

Terrible!

I have never experience such bad project management and customer service. After chatting with a project manager through template-tuning I decided to go ahead. She said it would take appr. 2 weeks to get the site ready, after I provided them with the content and instructions.

I did provide them with very clear instructions and all the content, thinking I would have my website ready in 2 weeks. That was about three months ago and my site is still not finished.

They do not respond to any complaint, they simply ignore complaints. Very time I provided them with feedback regarding changes, they would send me an email back saying that changes were made while they weren't. So I kept sending emails back and forth, getting issues resolved in an extremely slowly and frustrating way.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Awful Experience
September 18, 2015

I have a lot of Wordpress experience and buying from TemplateMonster has been the worst mistake of my web design career. They sell outdated themes that never get updated, they don't post all of their reviews (stll waiting for my review on a theme to be posted and its been months), and they don't have good support at all. You can't contact theme authors and let them know your issues. They use very dated methods for their themes causeing them to be optimized poorly. TemplateMonster shouldn't be allowed to sell website themes.

I was having a very frustrating afternoon as I was trying to upload the demo data to my site. When I contacted support the first time, someone sent me the wrong folder for the source data. Then finally I got to Sarah. She listened to my problem and went to the bottom of it to figure out the root of the issue. Not only did she figure it out but she took care of it, entirely. She needed a frustrating day on a high note. Thanks Sarah! She deserves a raise!

Was over-charged for the template (was supposed to be half price), and requested assistance in making the site live, and changing the logo.

I made the site live and changed the logo myself.

Couldn't get a hold of customer service over the phone, or their "chat"

He talked me through each step of the process and guided me throughout the whole experience from start to finish to make it simple and easy for me. Scam
November 3, 2021

Template monster froze our site and after investigating said the template was updated and we need to pay to unfreeze. We paid and after many tickets to access there was no template update. They offered unworkable workarounds and again after many tickets for customer service, and a request for refunding our money they report the tickets have expired and we need to start over. Unacceptable. We have a non-working site, no updated template, no support and we are out over $100. It's Adele's like a scam. No interest in fixing.

Amazing help

Jace who was assisting me with trying to find the right template that would work for me was extremely helpful kind and patient and was able to help me find the template that would work for me. Even after finding one and discovering it was out of my price range Jace then found another one that had almost the same features that was within my price range. 10/10 would recommend the site and 20/10 would definitely recommend Jace to assist.
