BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE

The worst! Would give 0 stars if I could. I am going to have to take legal action because I can't get ahold of anyone. I purchased a template and the All-in-one package from template monster (After chatting online with one of their sales/help reps and he convinced me this was a legit service) Their all-in-one is supposed to set up my template. I went through the template and created a document with detailed instructions on what to change to make the website my own. They not only took over a month, but they only changed my logo and a few labels and then told me everything else was an upcharge. And my logo is blurry on the site! THE WORST AND A RIP OFF. They need to be reported for fraud.

I am a wix user and try to get more verity of website themes to choose from and I ended up with a perfect support from Jace in Templatemonster, i ended up getting the perfect website theme with a massive help from Jace that he never hesitated to answer any question about what i need, its easy process to get perfect theme for your business website.

I've buyed a theme for prestashop 1.7, it has a lot of bug their support team can't resolve for evident incompetence. They waste a month of mine time answer to a ticket one time a days whit a copy and paste answer and finally when i ask to be refunded they ignore mine request and deleted the request refund from mine backoffice.
It was clear that theme was just released and they didn't know how to do.

Exceptional service. Because of tech support like Sandra I keep going back to TemplateMonster. Their support is unparalleled. A potentially terrible day was made a lot better with Sanda's help. She was professional and easy to work with, and not once did I feel like she couldn't help. She deserves a raise! (^_^)

Well what can i say? First of all Tommy (Web chat) John and Andy (Support) have been absolute brilliant. I Was needing a new company website, and i did have loads of technical and general questions regarding MotoCMS + template and every single reply from the support people have been spot on. They are fast, friendly, and open minded / out of the box thinking. Currently they are working on my webpage to finish it and so far i can just say: DAMN job well done. Seriously the pricing is good, the service even better and the support is stellar.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
March 18, 2020

Worst experience ever, NOT WORTH THE MONEY, they say they have 2 million clients but only one rude technician. I ask for help and his answer was did you read the manual, never was able to resolve the problem now two days working on the issue I usually charge $70 an hour what a saving I tried to complain they transferred me to support to the same person I was complaining about. That is like going to the police to complain about a rapist and the police send you back to your rapist. Nobody in management could help, nobody in pre-sales could help their only alternative was to wait six hours so the morning tech would come in. WOW 2 million clients one tech, things must really be going bad for them.

JACE, my offered options and add-on sales without pressuring.

I saw the Content Management System and got to use it and evaluate how well it will address my needs.

In the end, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease with my decision.

Simply the BEST
October 4, 2018

Jace was patient and had a great sense of humor. I was able to get a detailed breakdown and discounts regarding my templates and plugins. To be honest, I thought it was going to be a daunting task but Jace made it easy and almost effortlessly. Jace deserves a paid day off. Earlier this day I paid a guy to make adjustments to my new internet store which is under construction. All was in order after he had finished, but that was only until I changed the hex color code of the sidebar menu he had made for me. It screwed everything up and I was suddenly not even back to scratch, but worse than that... Arrgh! I tried to reach him, but after paying the dude he is no longer answering my emails. Being a total noob I didn't know what to do, and I never thought support would actually support a custom ordered job changing the theme I bought. Anywho, I guess it's my lucky day (and God knows I needed one) as on support I met a code wizard named Andre. In just a few minutes he provided me with all the code I needed to fix every issue that arised and I'm blown away by how skilled this guy was. Cheers Andre!

Really bad experience

Very bad experience!

Purchase of completely useless theme. As a developer, I usually buy many themes. I made a big mistake buying on this site.

It's a shame not to repay a customer, it's theft. The fees are $ 70!

I explained to them that the template did not suit at all. They tried to dissuade me by proposing to have it installed by an expert from their team. I know perfectly how to install a template but it had no compatibility, no documentation, only errors!

I made the same day a request for reimbursement to the support but useless, they reassembled the info to 3 or 4 different people to finally tell me this:
"We appreciate your honest feedback and fully share your concerns, however I'm sure we will not be able to meet your request. This article is only available in French and English, and we are unable to provide you with the information you need. / further assistance offers we can not wait for you. "

I work on Wordpress for 5 years I know perfectly how to install a template in Wordpress, it's just theft when you sell a completely useless theme for that price.

I really advise you to go see the competition ;)

Templatemonster have a lot of themes for all famous e-commerce apps / websites.
All of them are such advanced and pretty so its very hard to select one. Everytime when i ask any question or explain any problem of my website they have answered me before 24hrs.

Superb Service

This has been a completely great service. The help from the sales agent ( Jace Paulsen)was out of this world.
He helped me identify the right template for the company ecommerce website.
We went through a few days of putting a package together. Towards the 3rd day our IT firewall blocked the website thinking it was spam but Jace kept me updated via email constantly, also liaised with template monster developers on other work we needed done. He even gave me a discount on the final purchase which was very welcome.

I have downloaded the template and i am very pleased, i am sure my bosses will be pleased with the new website as well

Their templates do not upload easily for the user... causing you to pay $49 for them to upload it for you! THEN, they create tons of user accounts on your server giving them full access to your url! They change your passwords and lock you out! Then, TemplateMonster tries to redirect your url to their hosting and inform you that you need to pay their fees! AND, they do not have a working phone number for their business... so good luck calling them! This seems criminal to me! STAY AWAY

I purchased an adorable tempalte from template monster - the template is perfect for my business. I worked with Andrew Evans from Template Monster on the installation of my must have plugins. He went above and beyond in assisting me getting my new template up and running, showed professionalism, patience and was very personable as well. I am very grateful for his assistance and personable demeanor. If I could give him an 11, I would! Don't hesistate to purchase the extra services, they are soooo valuable and well worth it!
