The templates work well, but it takes a little time to get used to working with the template and you need to pay extra for some features. It's the cheaper way to get a good looking website, compared to paying a web developer to create it for you.

Order and I'm expected to sit here and wait til it is and on that grounds I'm being refused by the manager for my money back. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. Use and do yourselves a favour because the follow ups aren't as promised, the service is even worse and they're trying to argue a refund that I am 110% entitled to. Do yourselves a favour and do not get pulled in by this pathetic excuse of a company. You will regret it.

We are considering to buy the Kitchen template and got assisted with our questions in the pre-sales chat by Lori. She helped us great and we got all the answers to our questions. We discovered a little flaw in the theme and a ticket has been created to solve the problem. We are awaiting feedback from the supportdesk before we will decide weither we will buy the theme. I was looking for a theme for a new website but couldn't find one, on the chat a was talking to Jace and he helped me with finding the right template that is was looking for all the functions i needed where in the template. Perfect help and friendly to boot.
I have had a web site for many years and decided to step up and get a cool template to update it. I got the Halloween themed #******* for flash CMS. I downloaded it, set it up and worked on it for days. Two very major problems: 1) I found out by accident that IT IS NOT MOBILE COMPATIBLE. You have to create a whole separate html version of the site. Are you kidding?! 2) some features like creating a hyperlink to an image are insanely finicky - you go through the creating an action for that image and the program doesn't save your setting. I would have to try to get it to "take" over and over. When it would work, I would do the exact same thing again and it wouldn't work. The page length was the same - says it will go to ******* pixels, but setting it for anything past 2800 it would revert to that all the time and not apply changes. Very frustrating. I feel it is deceptive to not address the mobile version issue in the description of the web template.

It is hard to find good help these days, so i was glad to have the expert help i needed today.
