Now, besides web templates in html5, with or without CMS, e-commerce and flash there are templates for powerpoint, photoshop, corporate design and After Effects. Good pricing, and good people that you can contact any time. The blog is one of the best things for designers, a lot of good stuff.
I do not know who writes these reviews but they are awful never the same information from one support person to the other, could not find my template three times in a row been trying to install a theme for 2.5 hours. They are a waste of time never again
I purchased a Magento website theme from Template Monster, and I must say their support is optimum. It's been over a year now, and whatever I need help on regarding the theme, they will respond to my request within a day or 2 max. They truly make sure to answer all the support requests they receive from their clients. Very professional and serious about their work.

I wrote initially that I could not use this company because of the anti-American commentary on a few of the demos. I contacted the CEO of TemplateMonster and he responded quickly and removed the offensive narrative. I am extremely impressed with his business acumen and as stated in our correspondence, will return to the site for my future template purchases. Highly recommend doing business with a company that is sensitive in this political environment. I don't doubt that there is similar commentary on other templates because of the scope of authors and teams around the world, however, his quick response to this situation has restored my trust in his ethics.

Found a couple of beautiful templates to use and spent productive time with a chat agent. Researched reviews of TemplateMonster and liked what I saw. Would love to purchase a couple of the templates but at least one of the demos was so stunningly insulting I just can't push the go button. I'm not clear on how the 'in-house' design teams would sacrifice their employer's reputation for a chance to express personal political beliefs. Makes me nervous that they'd compromise ethics and values elsewhere. Will put the word out to my webmaster friends.****I reviewed the template again and as I got deeper into the product I discovered a host of anti-American sentiment. I am assuming by the text included that the "in-house" team is not located in the United States. I simply cannot support a company that hates America. "Trump has launched an uprising of the indecent, one that is now much bigger than he himself, a popular movement of white, conservative America that after eight years under ConLiberal President Barack Obama, yearns for a leader who will usher in the counter-revolution."
I tried to buy a magento theme which was on black friday sale. But unfortunately, I missed the date and offer was expired. I chat with them and they offered me a same discount. The chat person is really kind and great as well she suggested few other options as well. Will definitely purchase on their site again.
Im looking for an e-commerce website... i found on this on the web. TemplateMonster having really awesome collection. Very good templates and simple and perfect. Most of the work around will be reduced. Really Impressive.
I have purchased 3 themes from TemplateMonster and all of them require special coding, access to FTP and have php issues. The themes look great but checkout the refund policy... they don't back their products and won't help you.

I purchased a theme from template monster, I had nothing but issues with it. I was then spoken to rudely on the live chat and the agent kept copying and pasting if I want advance support to pay for it. The requests I had were very basic and I advise anyone looking to purchase a theme from Template Monster to think twice if they need any basic help after purchasing. The theme I purchased clearly has bugs in and is not fit for purpose.
This is my first time putting together my own site and I was immediately overwhelmed with all the templates. I needed simplified help and quick. Becky in the Live Chat was more than helpful. She found me two beautiful templates that would best suit my business; simplifying my search gracefully. I look forward to working with Becky and Template Monster to bring my website vision to life.
First off the customer service is the WORST! Each person passes off the issues to the next person and nobody takes accountability. I asked for my money back multiple times and instead of refunding me, they say "it will be a couple more days" and then it became a week. If you are going to keep my money, give me the product! But instead they kept both!
Karl has been so helpful and professional in helping us set this site up. I am not exactly what you would call computer literate but my associate is and she has been working with Karl at my direction. We have nothing to say but first class service from Karl who was very patient in helping us with this project. So glad she picked your service and we anxiously await the website.

It seems pretty easy to edit the site so everybody can do it i think. If not no problem they will do it for you for just a fraction of the price a professional would cost but this means only for the texts in english.
If you want a other language you will pay more.
