Mostlt okay but experienced occasionally hiccups during video calls. Could be related to I use wifi and from the default router in a different floor, but still would like a better performance.

Old outages Rogers modems are junk. Customer service is horrible. Tech service is even worse. They will also make mistakes on your billing trying to get every cent out of you. Definitely not recommended

The internet works fast enough, but I get about 3-5 brief outages per week. They last about 2 minutes each, but annoying when on live video calls
