Mi order arrived with a defect (stitching issue). I contacted the company and they are sending me a replacement. I do not need to return the defective item.
Ordered a 2XL T-shirt for the first time from TeePublic. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. Learned later that the recipient now wears a size bigger, 3XL. I contacted the company to find out about their return/exchange policy. So glad to hear there was no expiration date, should I return for an exchange after Christmas. I decided to do the return/exchange now rather than later. Their customer service promptly responded that the bigger size T-shirt is on its way & no need to return the one I have. Now that is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE in my book! Am now a very satisfied customer!
I waited for this mask and I received a piece of trash. The colors are horrible and it was not printed well.

I purchased a shirt as a gift for my sister. Skeptical about the sizing I blew the surprise and told her so to see if it fit her. Unfortunately it was too small. So I contacted TeePublic and they responded promptly with a warm welcoming email. Throughout the exchanges of emails the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Worried and bummed, however, on how the exchange would delay my sister's gift until after Christmas, this morning a miraculous surprise awaited when I opened my email inbox. They (Tori from TeePublic) handled the whole situation in MY favor. She went ahead and placed the order of the correct sizing I was making the exchange for and she even told me to keep the shirt I already possessed, and it doesn't end there; she upgraded the shipping speed to the fastest possible! Free of charge! I was sincerely grateful for the business ethic, friendliness, warmth and generosity from TeePublic, and don't get me started on the professionalism. Now my sister will get her gift, although no longer a surprise, (I let her choose the style, fit, color and size as courtesy for my mistake), by Christmas. Thank you TeePublic. I bought two tee shirts from this site and am perfectly happy with the service from start to finish. They made it easy to track my order and the shirts look great. Pricing was very reasonable.
They charged me $7 to deliver a shirt that never showed up, it has been 2 weeks since I ordered the shirt and it still has not arrived. USPS delivers in 2 days for $7. Fraud.
I had a question right after I placed my order. They were very quick to answer and help me with my inquiry.

I ordered three t-shirts from TeePublic for Christmas presents this year. They had exactly the type of design I was looking for, and when I read about their mission to support independent artists - that was a huge plus for me. The shirts arrived as expected - although two were quite a bit later than expected. However, by the tracking data, this was obviously the fault of the USPS and not something that TeePublic can control at all. (I wish more people would realize this in reviews!)
The shirts were of great quality and the prints were exactly as expected - however, I picked a size for two of them that I thought would be good for the recipient... and it wasn't even close. Like unwearably bad. The female shirts are significantly smaller than a typical unisex. This was my fault though - as they have the sizing chart *clearly* posted on every product page... I just didn't bother looking at it.
I sent a message to see if it would be possible to exchange the two that were incorrect - and I heard back in less than 24 hours that they went ahead and shipped me replacements free of charge and that I could just keep/donate the incorrect ones. No questions asked - even though it was my fault.
The communication I received during the initial ordering process, the updates throughout the fulfillment, the quality of the products, the mission of supporting independent artists, and the outstanding service I received after the fact - even for an issue that was my own fault - all demonstrated to me that this organization cares about their customers and that you can absolutely buy with confidence.
Two of the 4 shirts I bought, they sent the wrong type shirt. I sent them a message 2 months ago through their website customer service and have never heard from them.
I ordered a shirt and paid additional money for quick delivery to get here in time for Father's Day. When the shirt arrived (in time) I was so disappointed that it was the WRONG SHIRT! I quickly went to the website and wrote to customer service, within 24 hours, they corrected the order, refunded the additional cost of shipping and got the shirt out to me (arriving within a few days). This was exceptional customer service and I will DEFINITELY order from TeePublic again!
When my order came in, we found that one of the items didn't fit. TeePublic has sent a new size and told us to gift/donate the one that doesn't fit. Lovely people!
I had a great, positive experience with Tee Public. I've had to cancel or change a couple of orders and they were wonderful about it! I will definitely go to them again!

I had been searching the internet for ages for certain products when I came across TeePublic. They had a great selection of the items that I wanted so I took a chance and ordered 2 t-shirts and some decals. The ordering was smooth and the items shipped quickly. When I received the items they were of great quality and the silkscreening was crisp and professional. I tried on one of the shirts and quickly realized that I had misjudged my sizing. I looked on their website and found their customer care email and wrote to them if I could exchange the items for the correct size. Within a day I received an email that new items were being shipped to me. 3 minutes after that I received an email from a customer service rep letting me know that they had taken care of everything and hope that I would take the smaller items to a charity or reuse them ( a good motivator to get on a treadmill). I was astonished. In an age of bot customer service, TeePublic went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Just incredible. If you want quality and selection, go TeePublic! They have everything and amazing service. I will not be shopping anywhere else.
Hello all here's my situation. I ordered 3 shirts, one was an LA Clippers shirt but one of the names of the players (Beverley) was spelled incorrectly. The shirts were all great aside from that. I love their shirt quality, they fit well so i order frequently there. When i originally emailed them about my shirt error I got a vague response essentially telling me it was not their fault and sorry nothing they can do. When I replied letting them know I didnt care about a refund but was just letting them know they had a misprint on a shirt, a different person replied and offered to send another shirt free of charge, any shirt on the site. They let me keep the other shirt as well. I'm very glad i was listened to by two additional reps after the first one kinda blew me off. It's simple stuff like that that will keep me coming back for life. Their staff recognized a simple solution fix and they fixed the issue. It will keep me as a customer, along with all of the fantasticly unique shirt designs. Its my favorite site to shop at and they almost lost me but got me back with solid service from a few employees addressing one issue. Feels good. Thanks guys!
Was looking for gifts for my wifes 50th and a came across Tee public ordered the t shirt and when it arrived was too small, the team at Tee public quickly resolved my issue in record time and said look just keep the small one and pay it forward which I thought was very kind, will definatly be dealing with these guys again and recommending family and friends to do so also for all your unique gift needs for special occasions look no further than Tee public
Design and writing is super faded. I will probably throw it in the trash as I will be very ashamed to use during my Marines' son graduation! I refund will be very appreciated
I ordered a shirt that should've fit because all sizes run the same right. Not in my case:-( I explained the situation in an email. Less than a day received a response. TeePublic is gonna ship me the same shirt with the different size requested WITHOUT ANY HASSLE. HOW COOL IS THAT?!?!?

Bought a Lifted Research Group shirt that said would be 100% heavyweight cotton.
Received a very thin cheap 50/50 shirt with the LRG logo on it. Very disappointing!

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
